Olivier Napa Valley — Attraction in St. Helena

We went in on Saturday August 8th, it was a family outing celebrating the one year anniversary of my mother’s death. It was myself my daughter, my sister and my niece. We got there about 4:30, we were the only ones in the store. We were not greeted as we walked in but we were glared at by an older woman. She then continued to follow me around the store never asking if I needed help just glaring at us all. We honestly wound have just left the store but we really wanted to purchase something. I grabbed what I wanted and there was a nice young girl behind the register but the mean older lady would not let her ring me up. She rang me up. As I went to pay I took my wallet out and this older lady actually looked into my wallet!?!? She seem I had cash in my walked and before I even went pulled any out days “we only take credit cards” !!! As if I couldn’t pay. So I paid with my debit card. By this time I was getting mad so I grabbed my stuff and went to the front of the store and waited for my sister. I then heard the older lady yell at my sister. “If you’re talking to me I can’t hear you”!! My sister was shocked and looked at us and rolled her eyes. She paid for her stuff and we got out of there!! I have never been so uncomfortable in a store in my entire life!!! I will never go back to this place as nice as it was. Traveled to Napa for the weekend and found this nice store with lots of goodies. Because I was flying, I asked if they could ship my purchase and they agreed. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my items.

When I called a week ago, I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for me to get my items and that I'd receive a tracking # shortly. Had I been told that initially, I would've taken my things and shipped them myself!

As of today, not only do I not have my items, I also don't have a tracking number and they couldn't find my receipt when I called. And as someone mentioned earlier, Janice was not very nice . Hopefully, I'll get a refund or my items sooner than later. Be careful when ordering items...

Walked in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and said hi to the two girls behind the counter. One looked up and glared at us before looking back to the other one. The second girl didn't even go that far. We were the only customers. Two stars simply because they appear to have a good selection, though prices were higher than at other spots on the same street. But we walked out because we didn't want to have to fight to get a simple question about an item answered. Bought two stores down instead, from a very nice sales person.
