This place legitimately saved someone's life today. I stopped in there to get some free narcan as I have a friend moving in with me, fresh out of treatment. I was driving by loughborough commons about 10 min later and I see a lady asleep at the stop sign with a needle hanging out of her arm and her lips were blue. Luckly an off duty cop saw her too and was able to reach through the back window and unlock the door. He called 911 and we waited what felt like forever for an ambulance but was probably only 5-10 min. Then he advised me to get the 2 pack of narcan out of my car and I gave her one up the nose and she still wasn't waking so I gave her the other. A few minutes later she woke up just as the ambulance was pulling up. The first words out of her mouth were I am fine. Man addiction is crazy. I am happy places like this exist. God bless everyone involved. I'm gonna have to go back up there to get more narcan now and after today, wouldn't mind having it at home and in my car...

When you have a child struggling with addiction, you feel alone. The system is mind boggling. You have no idea where to turn for help. Somehow during my darkest days I was shown a glimmer of hope in the form of Chad Sabora and the Missouri Network for Opiate Reform and Recovery. When I tell you the Network saved my life, I mean it. And, they continue to help me on my journey. I don't want to tell my daughter's story. It's hers to tell. Let me just say that I had given up hope of her being alive to see her 22nd Birthday. Thanks to the Network and Chad, my daughter has spent almost a third of this year clean from heroin and opiates, and she is currently a person in recovery. They have helped me better understand the science of addiction, and its many roads to recovery, learn about evidenced based treatments, and have helped me deal with my disease - - - codependency. Whenever I need help, someone from this group is there for me. They have truly been a gift from God to me...

They would be better if they were open more often. I stayed in their sober house and they would not let me go to my own Medical treatment that I had already been going to for the first two weeks you cannot leave without someone accompanying you. Well most girls don't want to go anywhere so I wasn't able to go get my methadone that I was supposed to be on every day so I laid here and kick cold turkey off methadone Michelle I think I'll change my star rating they also would not let me go to my doctor it was kind of horrible but I wouldn't give it a chance again because I've ever just leave things got mixed around and you know I don't believe that they're doing it maliciously they're good people and without this program who knows how many people would have contracted...
