RUN I noticed on my third (and very much final) visit that I’m consistently the only woman in the salon getting my hair done. It’s consistently men, children, and an occasional elderly woman. I have spent anywhere ranging from $300 to over $500 a trip and have left each time looking like I got butchered at a hair school. My request yesterday was simply “please get the orange out and make it brown”. Brown. How this ended in me rocking the Ginger Spice and all of my hair broken, I just can’t say. But I paid $326 and they sent me away saying they’d fix it for free. Well, third strike. I can’t go to work like this so I’m going to have to buy box dye.

I started going to Salon Fleur de Lis after I was told by my current hair stylist that it was not possible for me to go from brunette to blonde without significantly damaging my hair. Val was able to successfully transition me to blonde and my hair is in fabulous condition. Most people think it’s my natural color. Her haircuts are consistently amazing and my appointments with Val are relaxing. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I highly recommend trying their new line called "Back of Bottle"... the color is fantastic and lasts much longer than the previous kind used, and the "Free Rein Curl Cream" is the best product I have ever tried for my curls! It made them much more defined while still leaving my hair soft to the touch! I bought 2 bottles 😆

I used to have a great time coming to this salon. I've been in and out for 3-4 years here, mostly being a client of Kelsey's. Unfortunately, this year is the year everything changed. I've been constantly double-booked with other clients, making me feel rushed and low priority for a cut and color. It's been impossible to get on the schedule any sooner than 6-8 weeks in advance (especially if you don't want double-booked with one of their student interns doing the wash and massage) and they aren't exactly forthcoming about regulars having to make 2-3 appointments in advance to get a time you actually want. I've had to take whoever was available several times, rather than getting to use the stylist I actually came to the salon for. Ever since the redesign in March, the salon lost its cozy one-on-one feel, now I can hear the conversation of every single stylist in the room. The products are great, Kelsey and Rachel are great, but if I wasn't moving I would probably never return after the choice to favor style and popularity over comfort of their...

I cannot rave enough about Salon Fleur de Lis. I've been with my stylist Trista for 8+ years. She's fabulous and ALWAYS knows what to do with my hair. We've known each other for a long time now, she never judges when I make a mistake taking care of my hair. She always makes me feel welcome and gives great advice on products and hair care. There have been a few times where I've had to cancel due to job obligations and she has been nothing but kind about it and I always make sure to reschedule. I've had to go to other stylists at the salon because of my crazy work schedule and Trista is always understanding and even helps provide names if she's not available during the schedule I need. She's the best and I highly recommend her and the ladies at Salon Fleur de Lis! It truly feels like therapy when I'm there and provides me with some much needed "me" time. Everytime I leave, I leave with more confidence and a little pep in my step. Thank you Trista and team for always...

Above and beyond customer service. I get treated like a queen when visiting. For years and years, I have gone to the walk-in places to have my hair done. But I was making a major change in my style and wanted someone (and place) who would take their time. Not just in and out, next. I was greeted by my stylist Natalie. Offered tea, coffee, or wine. Then Natalie took the time to listen to what I wanted. Besides getting a fabulous cut and drink, I got an amazing head and scalp message, which is included with the price of the cut. Like I said, I felt totally pampered. But believe it or not, that's not the best part. Just having someone take time doing the cut, making sure it was perfect, talking to her mentor about how to make the idiosyncrasies of my hair work for the cut, and me not feeling rushed at all was extremely meaningful. If you are able, I recommend treating yourself to this wonderful salon. Natalie is great. But the entire staff seems...
