I've been going to this location for the last 2 years and SportClips in general for the last 4. They have always cut my hair and provided me the up most service and thanked me for mine, every visit as I am in the military.
SportClips as a company always shows there gratitude for Military Service members, which is one reason why I've always gone to them. They give back to the military community as well.
But my attempted last visits really shows how this place works and frankly I think it's due to new management.
First, I show up and the door is locked, 1:05min (655PM)before close. I've never experienced this and my experience with them in the past is they've always taken every customer until close time. This wasn't the case. As a military member we find that place that we trust, well this was my place and now it is not. For a company who sure does portray as a military friendly one, this location is not. I tried calling to see why they locked there doors an hour before close and no one answered. I will be calling SportClips Corporate office on this location as well. It is complete disgrace that a company who makes themselves so military friendly does not have the same Type of people running...
Read moreIn the past they have been pretty good. However the last two or three times, they have been below par. The last visit was the worst. The stylist did not know how to cut hair very well. She seemingly used the same clippers the entire way up my head instead of fading it up and she didn’t blend the top into the sides at all. When I mentioned it she said we could wet it down with a shampoo to see how it was, which would’ve been extra. Then, she blamed it on a cowlick and then the texture of my hair changing because I have greys coming in. After being persistent she thinned it out some which looked somewhat better, and I went on my way. The next day I realized how bad it was, but decided to wait until it grew in to see how it looked. It still looks terrible and just two weeks out from a haircut I’m going to go get another one somewhere else. I’ll give Sports Clips another chance...
Read moreHorrible experience. I took my elderly dad to get his hair cut. The gal didn't seem to know what she was doing. When she was "finished" it looked terrible. I explained how he likes his hair cut. After about 5 minutes, she finally offered to cut it shorter. I showed her exactly where it needed to be shorter and how he wanted it. My dad came out with his hair buzzed and a little on the top. It looks ridiculous! He could have done a better job cutting it himself. I truly am disappointed with the lack of quality this gal had.
At the same time, my son was getting his hair cut. This gal cut his ear twice. He said he would rate his hair cut a 5/10. He was not happy about it.
We will never return to this business. I don't recommend it at all. I am not one to write reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I felt people...
