Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Stevens Point

A week ago I needed a frame for an original piece I was finishing. So I stopped by Hobby Lobby to look at their selection after realizing my original frame plan wasn't going to work out. Was greeted by a wonderful framer that was finishing up tasks for the evening by the name of Revea B. After looking at a few options and showing her my piece via phone she helped calm my nerves about getting a customer frame delivered for the following week and assured me that she'd help assemble no extra charge. She was extremely helpful, professional and kind.

Fast forward to my frame arriving yesterday, I was able to pay and pick it up to finalize where I would be signing the front and return today to have Revea help assemble as promised. Like a frame master I watched as she assembled everything with precision.

The customer service, quality of the product, timeliness and overall experience was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I'll be back...

Among the realm of retail you are trained and develop the retail code of conduct, where you are polite, you give your full attention and time, and closing is determined by helping find what the customers need. If you go to Hobby Lobby 15mins before closing you'll get told by their crabby un-professional employee that "touching stuff is not ok". Me and my friend completely planned on spending money until we felt like leaving after being told "touching stuff is not ok". Let me remind you what we were touching was all peg items, stuff that doesn't need to be fronted and faced...

Love it! There is so much selection for literally any craft you want to do, and even things that are already done that make awesome gifts. The staff was super nice and helpful. The store was clean and organized pretty nicely as it was easy to find the sections I was interested in. There is so much that it's hard to make it a "quick stop" because there are so many choices, unless you are picking up rather specific items that are planned ahead for a project and not just an abstract idea of what you'd like.
