From the moment I walked in I was greeted, and they asked what could they do to help me, when I was looking for a tv. They helped me every step of the way when I brought the tv home and connected it, it continued to go offline so I asked them if I could just trade it for a different one a day later and they allowed me to do so. They never said I was wrong. They were able to deliver the new tv that I traded within a few hours. ( They might not always be able to do this but they will as soon as they can). The 2 men that delivered it were very professional as well. They set it up and while doing so, saw my 4 year old child bring out his scooter to play in the kitchen with and they interacted with him. Then as the 2 guys were leaving 1 of the guys asked my child for a "high five" and he gave him one but then my son asked for a "hug" and even though I didn't expect the worker to give him one, he did. Lebakkens team I am very impressed with your service because usually you expect to have a grumpy worker in any store you go to but this store didn't!!! Great Job I will continue to keep you...

I have gone threw them for 4 years now and everytime I go in or call they are great and friendly. What ever you get threw them they try their best to deliver it as soon as possible and if it needs to be assembled they do the work for you. Any time they have come to my house they are very friendly and my kids like being loud and ask questions and be talkative and they always respond to my kids and understand how kids are. They have helped to the best of their abilities with any issue I may have come acrossed and have always been friendly about it. I have never seen any of them in a bad mood or having a bad day. From the sales staff to the delivery gentleman everyone was so kind, patient,and friendly. I needed to rent a recliner as my parents were coming to visit and i was a chair short! I don’t have room for another recliner full time so i was desperate to find one somewhere to rent. Lebakkens to the rescue! I live in Marshfield and was able to do everything over the phone with the fantastic Chris. It just delivered today and he picked out the prefect recliner for my dads visit. The delivery gentleman texted me when they were close as requested and were very fast and friendly when they arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased. What a life saver! Can’t recommend...
