Needed to return an item from Amazon, wasn’t sure how it went at staples and so I asked, pressed the return button to show the young lady with the glasses at the ups return desk the QR code, and was blankly told I needed to go to the ups store instead??? The customer service was poor, as if it was expected that I would know how to navigate something I had already asked about. I like Staples. I buy some Electronics at Radio Shack but find great deals at Staples. They are not perfect, but who is ?
