Update:
Participated in another fund raiser, this time for wrestling. The main change was that the food was ready this time and not a long wait, but that could be because the wrestling team is much smaller. Unfortunately, that was the only change. The food quality is still the same. Raised it to 2 stars because the staff was friendly and order was ready on time.
Original: My reason for going tonight was the football team had a fundraiser that Chipotle sponsored. It was pretty apparent they were understaffed and unprepared for the volume they recieved. I ordered at 639pm. Order said it should be ready at 7. I went there at 710pm. I was told it would be another 1/2 hour at least. I just went back and waited in the drive through line. I finally got my food at 755pm.
Food - the food was not really warm, more tepid than anything. Also, instead of having people pull up or park and wait, they were trying to throw orders together as people pulled up. I paid for double protein on both my burritos and really could not tell the difference between the normal serving. My son's quesidilla was greasy and the cheese was he said the cheese was kind of watery. My wife and daughter were satisfied with their meals (a chicken burrito and a quesidilla), but they also said the food was only kind of warm.
I was really disappointed and will not be back, even if there was a future fundraiser or good cause involved. I am sure the staff tried, but this is the kind of customer experience that just ruins the chance...
Read moreDrove to the Stratham location in a snow storm for BOGO burrito since they had online ordering shut off. Show up and they were closed. Contacted customer support and amazingly they were available and open according to them I wasn't going to risk another trip. Fast forward to April 12th leaving a sports event decide to swing in to Chipotle since online was unavailable again. We arrived to lock doors before 830. They close at 10. No reasoning posted. Fast forward to the following week and again after a sporting game we were going to place an order and ordering was again unavailable this was before 8pm we didn't bother making the trip to find out, probably locked doors again we assumed. So we took our 100 dollars else where and are going to continue to avoid chipotle. Contact customer support they said they would pass the message along to the restaurant. Well ok thanks for wasting our gas and our time visiting your restaurant to not even be able to order food. Use to be our go to now it's on our ban list. We never heard anything further from customer support or the restaurant so they clearly didn't care losing our business. If you plan on visiting be ready for a plan B or to be hungry....
Read moreDo not dine at this location. I ordered via fast pickup lane thinking I could grab dinner for me and my SO on the way home. Ended up waiting over an hour, to see the line not move. They blamed a catering order. Even after being absolutely angry inside I still waited 30 more minutes to finally ask again where the hell my food was. They said “Oh we’re working on it now” indicating that they hadn’t even started looking at my order yet. It was TWO BURRITO BOWLS. Meanwhile I had to watch other people come in to the store without an already paid for order get their food quicker from the walk in line. After all of this, they gave my girlfriend steak which she can’t eat, instead of chicken, and didn’t put the 1/2 chicken in my order. They also said they were out of chips, again paid for already, mind you I had to take a step out of the store and look in my bag then walk BACK in and find out that yea they’re also out of chips. No manager to talk to in sight, if there was he was the one hiding in the back letting high schoolers take the fall while he chopped meat. Never been so unreasonably angry at a damn...
