Our overall impression of Enchant was very positive, but with a few negatives or better yet, things to know before you go. The best thing we did was buy our tickets online the moment they went on sale, which are at a better price, and you will be able to have early access for entry times. We would recommend picking the earliest entry time you can get, the sooner the better to avoid the crowds. Be advised you will have to go through a security check before entering the park so do not bring anything that you would not bring to the airport. Next, we would suggest getting the regular pass and not the Premier if you’re an adult, not worth the money. Knowing where to park is essential and our suggestion is to park in the shopping mall parking lot and not in the parking lots off S. Spruce Goose Street, since the entrance is on the west side of the ballpark. It was so much easier and makes it even better when it is time to leave. The most important suggestion we have is to study the layout of the event. You will have to make your way through a “maze” of vendor and food stands before you reach the “lighted maze” area, which is the only entertainment except for visiting Santa Claus. When we entered the venue, we knew exactly where to go to enter the maze. And since we were the first people there, we had the entire place to ourselves (besides the staff) for approximately 15 minutes before we saw another person. This meant we were able to photograph and film without any interference from others, it was like we own the place. The actual maze does not take that long to complete, but we took our time once we had all the photos we wanted and then went through the whole maze again before sitting down near the skating rink to do a little “people watching.” As for the prices of food and drink here, we recommend you bring your credit card, you will need it. The prices are high, a can of beer for $10.00 or a cup of hot chocolate, another $10.00+, hamburgers at almost $15.00, etc. You get the picture. Still, this was worth the money to us and is a must for people with young children, they will love all the lights and things...
Read moreWe have bought admission tickets for tonight, December 29, 2024 and tickets for ice skating session. We brought our own skates in a professional skating bag. We were denied excess to the park because our skates which were stored in a professional figure skating bag did not have blade guards. We had walk with a stroller for 30 minutes to the car and 30 minutes back just to get blade covers in order to get access to the park. This is RIDICULOUS!!! My kid was extremely disappointed. We had to stay in huge line second time. It doesn't make sense to deny access for such a reason. We didn't carry skates in hands or in an open bag. We brought skates in a Special Professional Skating Bag with zippers closed all the way through!!! I hope that guest service supervisor , who's name is Stephanie Ramos will be denied a job position next year for mistreating customers. If we didn't have blade guards in a car, we would not be able to get in at all to the park . Also the blade guards will be removed before stepping on the ice in the park. My Christmas Present to my kid is ruined by extremely bad experience. I am extremely mad. My child is disappointed. I am going to request a refund. Thank you Stephanie Ramos for being very stubborn person, who do not understand that if skates are in thick professional bag designed to carry skates and closed with zippers all the way through , it is very safe and will not hurt or cut anyone around. It won't make any difference of you wear fabric blade guards or not. Please, don't work in customer service if you...
Read moreOn the first day of Christmas, my... intuition decided to join in on a visit to Enchant. Twas quite a wonderland of lights and a joyful experience to stand in the middle of all the awe. The objective was to find the standing spot beneath the massive sparkling Christmas tree - accomplished!
There're vendors of different sorts, plus booths for drinks and snacks. Expect to spend movie theater prices for concessions. Their ice skating rink looks fun too! Since we entered during the latest time slot admission, we didn't go skating.
They provide a leaflet to follow and find missing things throughout the maze of lights. There's a giant engagement ring and plenty of photo or selfie opps, including benches shaped like huge ornaments or crystalline stars.
This was built inside Las Vegas Ballpark, near Red Rock Casino. Parking's free and easy. You might also park across the street at Red Rock. Virtual Tickets can be purchased directly on their website. Pricing varies depending on peak hours. A QR code will be provided to scan at entry. If you haven't been, please go before they go. Merry Christmas...
