They are about the only meat market in the area to carry fresh LIVER!!!!! Everyday. They also have a butcher on hand who will try to satisfy what ever your need might be. Very nice selection of meats (fresh, marinated, seasoned and fish).

Fresh chicken and pork tamale's everyday sold in a half dozen.

Hard to find fresh vegetables and cheese 's for authentic meals at home.

They also so have a fresh bakery with great yummies for all. Many different candy's available for all taste.

This is my second favorite place to eat here in the area. It's kind of a hidden treasure. The place is a supermarket that carries my favorite seasonings. In the back it a restaurant with some delicious food. I probably eat here once a week. I had gotten one of the pork dinners to go which is over $10.00 and it only had one small piece of meat for a dinner plate. I understand a couple of the menu item's are expensive but I was very upset with the amount of food I was given and complained to the management on a return visit with pictures of the meal. They pretty much blew me off. I still went back cause it taste so good. Usuall the serving sizes are decent or better. Always ask if the Elote (corn) is fresh I had it served kinda cold a couple of times and don't think it was cooked recently, maybe the night before. It was still good but I like it hot. Love the store really needs a customer service brush up. Everyone was very serios and made me feel like I was not welcomed EXCEPT THE YOUNG MAN IN THE DELI MEAT DEPT. As I was talking to him ordering one of the gals from the restaurant dept came over combative to see if everything was OK when in fact he was pleasant as was I. The cashier made me feel unwelcome and looked upset. Tried to have friendly conversation was not at happy! Was the store OK? YES! Was the Customer Service Friendly? Not Really. I am light skinned and blond hair. However botn and raised in mexico and bilingual as I went to collage. I'm im 60 and felt the total unwelcoming. Not good for business especially with your community who is trying to help your business. Hope it was an off day not a common experience for the community. I'm from Texas and I'm pretty picky about menudo but I decided to take a chance and order some off their menu and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was loving every bite! It was so delicious and it has a nice spicy kick. I also learned that when you order their menudo, it's only meat (tripe, which is the STOMACH of the cow. NOT intestine). There was no pozole with the meat. In Texas, we make it with both. They do have pozole on their menu so I wish I had gotten an order of each (menudo and pozole) so I could mix them together.
