LICE AFTER COMING HERE TODAY FRIDAY MAY 30 2025 MY 1 YEAR OLD GRANDSON HAD 1 LICE IN HIS HAIR AFTER COMING HERE.
Updated... Somebody from your store did call me. She apologized for what we were going through. Basically distancing herself or the store from having anything to do with it. I don't appreciate a patronizing phone call but also I was told that a manager would call me that has never happened. And then to come back on here I was going to adjust my review based solely on the phone call but then I see that there's a message from the owner on my review telling me to email but I've already talked to a few people nobody seems to care And I shouldn't have to then email my complaint to a new person I told the girl at the store if this turns into a bigger problem I will be calling her back. But that can't actually happen because there's no way to call the store. Apparently the phone number just goes to some random office that controls all of the locations in the county and you can't actually call the store. She did tell me that she would have a manager call me that never happened. But basically what I found out is that your company just doesn't care about the safety of its customers. This is a toddler, Toddlers get into everything, we had to strip all of our beds and clean the car just to make sure there's no issues moving forward. That's time-consuming and a pain in the butt and to get just some fake apology is really really...
Read moreDefinitely one of my favorite St.Vinnies, and that's saying a lot because I frequent all of them. Except I'll subtract a star for the fumbling execution of the revamped rewards card membership VIP club hooha. I get it, moving to a more automated system whereby a $5 coupon is printed for customers that spend what $50?, is way more efficient and less of a burden on staff. So I fully support that. But it was the implementation that kinda burned us. Kinda really burned us. I'm not positive on the amount, but the rewards we had saved up prior to the switchover were kinda, um, lost in the shuffle you could say. The way it was explained to us was that customers with a rewards balance owed prior to the switch were to receive a printed coupon for whatever their balance was. Well, turns out the staff here weren't informed of this protocol. Our coupon was supposedly printed, somewhere, or possibly not at all. But for all intents and purposes, those reward dollars cease to exist once the system thinks the coupon has printed. And we we're sorely disappointed to find out there was nothing that could be done, they gone! But alas, we all...
Read moreMy daughter's dresser was broken so I went in to see if they had anything that could work for her. I was hoping for something not too worn, but also not expensive, as I'm shopping at a second store. I went in a couple times and there were some that was either too used or too pricey. A few days ago, my daughter and I went in and found the absolutely perfect dresser for her. She and I both loved it right away. I checked it out and found that some of the drawers were difficult to fully extend out. After speaking with assistant manager Stef about my concerns regarding the drawers and learning about their no-return policy on furniture, he and I were able to negotiate a price that satisfied both of us. My daughter is thrilled about her new dresser and I am so thankful for my local St. Vinnys and amazing people-focused employees like Stef! You made my our day! Keep being amazing! (Also, we were able to fix...
