Excellent amenity and accommodations. Newly opened in Feb 2022. A breath of fresh air, modern, contemporary, sleek, open space ceiling, bright and natural lighter lobby. The most efficient use of space for working or networking. Meticulous attention to detail throughout the property except for a couple things. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with neutral decor. Drawer refrigerator is brilliant idea. Bed is low with soft mattress makes you feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. Shampoo/conditioner has a very strong scent. The bathroom mirror displays a clock to keep you on time. Lighting under the panels creates a very SEXY feel to this neutral pallete. Bonus is the purified water and pebble ice station. VERY limited and $$$ food option. Luckily attached to Tetra the higher end hotel but still very limited. There is nothing around this business park so be pack some snacks. Convenient self parking lot across from hotels. Super clean! While the hotel was near soldout there wasn't a body in the lobby. Front desk staff is friendly but not overtly helpful.

Everything seems super nice. The front desk is very helpful, informative, and courteous. The room was really clean except since there is no fan in the bathroom (just a vent) the moisture from the shower can easily get trapped in the bathroom which is in the beginning stages of mold growth. Certain areas already have that slight orange tint on it. Since there is no actual bathroom fan, you better not be shy around company if you need to go number 2 and make noises because they will be able to hear ALL! But besides that, the rooms are concrete, my room in particular was VERY spacious. The height of the bed could be a lil bit taller so for people (like myself) with back issues can have an easier time getting out of the bed and standing up. So i gave 4 stars Above statement was my impression from last night when i had checked in to the hotel… however my opinion has changed from a 4 star down to a 3 star. This is only because there are a lot of unwritten rules when it comes down to their breakfast. The server was very judgmental and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. First time getting food, i only grabbed a couple things because the server wasnt keeping up with all the gaps/empty slots that was there. Second time i got out to grab a few more items, she glared at me for getting more food. I was just testing thins out to see if i liked it. Felt like at times she was burning a hole in the back of my head From her staring at me. It made me want to get out of that area so i asked for a to-go box to take the rest of my meal back to my room so i can eat it in peace. Upon doing so, she made a comment about how she charges extra for this. I took offense to this statement of hers because she was giving to go boxes to other people and they were OVERLY STUFFING them while i had only grabbed a couple of things here and there. I mean i seen a few people grab so much food it was pretty crazy. If she wasn’t so focused on policing what i was getting, maybe she could see what the other people were doing. Overall, the $19+tax+tip+extra charge to take my left overs! In that case, i should of grabbed more food like everyone else had done. was definitely not worth it!

****UPDATE- reducing to 2 stars*** Well. It’s been 2 months and I gave it another try. And again- the restaurant and dining next door were excellent but the room??? Same issue with the TV ( hotel media manager- I have another picture- and no one is answering at the front desk to offer help), and the shower feels like showering at a water fountain. No water pressure at all. I’m hoping I don’t have to come back here again. This is a beautiful new hotel. Rooms are very nice and spacious, Nice open spaces and a cute area outside to sit. But there are issues. First, the water flow in the room was super weak (I missed my old shower at home). Second, the hotel offers breakfast (paid) -there are some cold food items in an open buffet (fruit, cereal, bread), but you need to order if you want warm items. Problem is- there is no one to order from. I woke up early to grab breakfast before my long work day. Waited for 20min and no one came. I was the only one (another person that came, gave up after 10min and left). When a lady finally came out of the kitchen, all she had to say was that she was alone and there is nothing she can do. On the rest of the days, I ended up grabbing breakfast at the connected hotel and that was good service and great food. But the reason for the 3 stars is actually the room TV!!! The room TV doesn’t shut off completely.. it stays half on or something and has a constant glare all night. It woke me up several times during the nights I was there and it was terrible. When I asked about it I was told that’s the way it is. What you see in the picture is the TV ***turned off*** at 3am, when I again woke up from the glaring light. If this is how all their TVs are- they need to replace them ASAP.

I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately I had a pretty negative experience with their management. They overbooked the corner king room so they downgraded my room without letting me know and still attempted to charge the rate for the room that I didn't get to stay in (which of course was more expensive). They said they could put me into the corner king room the following day but the room that I got moved into the next day still looked different from the photo. When I called the front desk to confirm, they lied that the room they switched me into is the corner king room when it clearly wasn't. They even tried to convince me that photos on the website could be wrong which is totally unprofessional. Eventually they made me move 3 times during my 2 nights stay. Also I had issues with the payment, my stay should’ve been pre-paid but I got asked to pay again which later they canceled. ps. Their manager Amanda and her staff who works in the morning were nice enough to try to handle the situation.

Great place overall, my concerns are mine and might not be yours, if that is the case then go with 5 stars instead. The beds are so incredibly low, lower than a regular height seat, it's almost like you are getting out of a couch where the cushions have sunk in and you have to rock to get momentum to get up and out. I actually asked the front desk if I was in an ADA room, turns out those rooms have higher beds!! I also asked what the difference between the adjoined Tetra hotel and the AC, turns out the rooms are the same, Tetra visitors just get robes and Dyson hair dryers. Everything else is shared: pool, restaurants, coffee bar, adult bar, etc. So don't pay the extra money for Tetra. The staff is great, breakfast is either included or not in your nightly cost so check your rate to see if it is a part of your rate or not. Plenty of parking too.

The newest AC Hotel in Silicone Valley. Great NEW hotel with some caveats ... PRO - Built in 2022 - New & modern - Minimalistic - Clean and comfortable - Upgraded rooms have couches CON: - Minimalistic, so much so that it's NOT a great choice for a long stay - Lack of Hanging areas - Lack of Drawers SUMMARY: I love new hotels. Who doesn't? But you have to make a sensible choice dependent on how long you are staying. I'm not sure I'd chose this one if I was staying longer than 5 days due to lack of places to put my clothing and other items.
