Great city park to take the family or have an outdoor activity for scouts, family reunion, church, or work. There are two large play areas under massive tarps so they can be used in most weather including light rain. Small ponds in the park have fish in them if you wish to use you fishing license and try to teach your kids the basics. Small fish so no really keep and take home size. There are a few exercise stations around the park playground and the trails. Walk and stretch your way to better health in a great location. Public restrooms are available. You also have three full size tennis courts, a basketball ball court, and a few covered pavilions. If your a hiker you can run or walk one of the many paths that encircle the entire park. The trails weave in and out of the forest that surrounds the park and cross over little babbling Brooks as it weaves through the trees. This park is a must visit if your an...
