My issue was the manager Chole lee. She refused to give my husband boxes because we were dining in and said we HAD to have plates. The other 10 customers that were dining in had boxes on their trays..? Make that make sense..We have 3 younger children that were with us so we asked for boxes for a reason. If were asking for box why not give us a box instead of insisting we have to have a plate. He chose not to argue over a box i wouldn’t had either. The other thing is how stingy she was with the food. Our plates had the smallest amount i mean one small scoop of what we asked for on all of our plates. I watched her count how many pieces of orange chicken and shrimp she was placing onto another customers box for drive thru and taking some off the top as if it was too much. The other employees were giving boxes to dine in’s and fulling it with food as pandas has always advertised it. I have never went to a pandas and not had a full plate. $45.00 and we left not full? We usually have left overs. We all had to share the small amount of food and i was not impressed. What could i tell her? That she was under serving us? If thats how she micro manages i will gladly go to a different location. I understand the point of not over giving food but what she was doing was not cool. It was not her making sure to stick to the right serving size she was making it where u get bearly anything. I have never had that problem before and i should had said something so she knew she was under serving customers but instead i just made a review. Maybe shes new. Maybe she takes her job too seriously idk but i do feel like we...
Read moreThis is the view of their food line at 8:40pm on a Friday night. We waited in the drive thru line before having to come in due to their young staff’s rude behavior at the window. After waiting in line maybe 20 minutes, we were told they were out of rice. RICE?! This isn’t a rare occurrence for this location either. We come on plenty occasions, day or night, and they are out of something! We can understand that restaurants run out of stuff that’s reality. But what’s horrible about this place is their customer service. People work hard for their money to spend and try to enjoy a quick and easy dinner. Basic customer service skills and empathy is lacked by their staff. To me that’s worse than no food inventory because at that point I honestly don’t want or trust you to prepare my food. A lot of people in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area were so excited about this locations opening. It’s truly sad that it turned into a disappointment of an establishment like this. They are definitely losing business by the day. They also closed their doors before their official closing time of 9:30pm. I’m guessing to get an earlier start on their nights. Special thanks to Jeremiah and Chloe (sp.?) for the awful customer service and carelessness they displayed for the Panda Express brand. It should be basic common sense to not laugh in a customer’s face while their expressing a concern. Sadly common sense...
Read moreWhen you order TERIYAKI chicken be sure that you ask for TERIYAKI sauce. Apparently when you order TERIYAKI chicken you have to say, “ Can I please have TERIYAKI chicken with TERIYAKI sauce. I also ordered honey sesame chicken (it’s cold and stale btw), but it’s amazing I didn’t have to say, “please make sure it has honey sesame sauce on it” Called and talked with the shift manager Renee and she talked to me like it’s common sense to order TERIYAKI chicken and have to ask for TERIYAKI sauce. Told me the general manager is Hannah (I could have names mixed up). She said “There’s a sign on the window.” Only sign I noticed was the “please give exact change”. The girl at the window also had no problem asking me if I wanted chili or soy sauce though, but I guess I just should’ve seen the sign about asking for TERIYAKI sauce with my TERIYAKI chicken. I know it seems small, but I didn’t wait in a long line from a long days of work to pay for teriyaki chicken and only get grilled chicken and rice. Also this is the second time I’ve had an issue here. I know they’re tired, but I’m a teacher… I’m tired too and today was def not the day to play...
