Key West Sweets — Local services in Sunrise

My boyfriend and I were walking to the gym in the evening and we smelled something so sweet in the air. Looked around and it was Key West Sweets. The open sign was still on so we decided to go inside. Pink and Green! So fabulous. There we met Ms. Sherri the owner and she was so welcoming and warm to us. We tried some of her chocolates and my favorites were the Key Lime, Latte, and Salted Caramel. She also gifted my boyfriend a brownie and he said it was delicious. I am patiently waiting for the gluten free desserts to hit the shelves. Chocolatier and pastry artist? She can do everything! Our own “Willow” Wonka in Sunrise. I love it! We can’t wait to come back for your chocolate...

The smell was woweeee amazing... the smell of freshly baked cookies... and chocolates... and oh heavenly confectionery stuff... Sherri was working on Monday even though they officially close on Mondays... she was very pleasant, and immediately offered me a fresh brownie... and some other samples... their stuff is amazing... and yes, they do special orders for wedding and other celebrations. They are right next to the martial arts studio on Hiatus and Oakland. Pass by, meet Sherri, and enjoy their confectionery stuff. Key...

Was gifted a caramel apple pie cookie type thing by a friend at my job and it's like a cake and a pie merged together. It was super good and moist inside and crunchy on the corners like a real pie but not hard. It was really really good. I never heard of the place until receiving the treat and now I look forward to coming in and trying...
