Michelle Boomer at the Cell Phone Doctor location in Surfside (inside Jerri Bob's) is FANTASTIC. Yeah, I ended up not having a big or expensive problem, but that's not the point. The point is: When I called in the morning, panicked at having an inoperable phone, she was exceptionally helpful, well informed, efficient, and kind. She provided me with prompt, on-target guidance; she called back when she said she would (VERY rare these days); and she followed through immediately on ordering the part I needed. We were in the area on vacation and my husband’s cellphone wasn’t charging. We tried to clean the port but it still wasn’t charging.
