DO NOT TRUST!!! IF YOUR PHONE BECOMES WORSE AFTER THEY WORK ON IT THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED!!!
First I have been coming to this place for over a year. They always had great service but after my experience 7/31/2019 and 8/1/2019 I will not be going back.
I took my moms iPhone 6S+ in for the screen to be fixed. When we turned in the phone the technician tested multiple functions to determine the condition the phone was in before he started working on it. Half the screen was working when we first came to the store.
After about 6 hours we were told that the phone had a pin issue and would require soldering. They said all the screens they tried did not work for it. They then returned the phone to us with the touch screen no longer working and you could no longer see half the screen.
Upon returning to the store the following day to see if they could further resolve our issue, the manager was rude and basically said oh well if your phone got worse because we opened it. We’re not responsible for any of that damage. If that’s the case why have a technician thoroughly check what’s working and what’s not working upon arrival at the store.
We took the phone to another repair shop and was told the phone wasn’t recognizing the new screens because the motherboard had fried. Basically the phone would need major repair to the motherboard because a novice desired to work on the phone while it was still on. Our only option is to buy a new phone.
Furthermore we were willing to let them try other screens and asked if they had a loaner phone. The employee at the store said they do have loaner phones with the approval of his manager. The manager Hashim lied and said they didn’t have a loaner program. He refused to assist us any further and insisted we brought in an already damaged phone. I argued with him that the phone was damaged but functioning and is no longer functional. He said there was nothing they could do to further help me. I called them to see if they will fix my Apple Watch I cracked my watch screen, they told me I have to come to the store and fill up a form and I did the guy his name "Christian" said it will take two weeks and I accepted based on his word. I was waiting at least four weeks, than I decided to call them. The guy said we had some issues inside the store and we forgot to order it. I said to him why you didn't order it he said I'm sorry we will order it and this time it will take only two days. That was wedensday on Friday I received call from them that my watch screen arrieved and I have to go their store. When I got there they told me it will take only half an hour I was waiting for an hour than my phone ring I thought finally my watch fixed. They guy said sir you need to come to the store. Ok Than when I got to the store he said sorry we ordered the wrong screen!!!! I said what you mean he said this is for Apple Watch series1 and yours is series 2. Ok what the solution now he said we need to order it again and how long is going to take? He said another two weeks!!!!!! I was looking to my watch after he gave it to me I find out he scratch the frame. And when I showed it to him he said it was like that I showed him the picture before I gave it to him than 'Christian' said I'm sorry I scratch it and we will fixed it for you and we will charge you only $130 instead of $150. I never heard from them again until on of their manager his name is Matt Hul called and promise to help but his words weren't good every time I called he won't answer only answer machine.

Read moreThe worst phone repair place bar none! Had my phone face replaced last year for $400. They got it operating again, great. However I did not know they used two way stick tape to put it back together. Unfortunately my phone wasn't remotely water resistant. We took it back and they looked at it and said the "motherboard" was fried. They basically try a new face & battery, takes 5 mins and unfortunately it didn't turn out and they charged me $53 for NOTHING! I went elsewhere to U*fix and it was there that I learned about the two way stick tape was brought to my attention. At no charge, they did the same thing and informed me the board needed repairs and didn't charge me for their 5 min observation. I then looked up circuit board repair for my Samsung and found only one person called Ms Mobil who specializes in water damaged phones and here's what I learn. The diodes & batteries usually fail. Changing the face & battery doesn't address these types of repairs. Unfortunately the guy lives in Canada, but it got fixed! So I contacted Cellairus and basically got the run around. Ashley was the worst! NO professional courtesy, rude and talks over you w/o caring and/or listening to your concerns. All they care about is your MONEY! She gave me an 800 number to corporate but your lucky to leave a message w/o a return call. This is a franchise and individually ran, so calling a corporate office is just their/her way to brush the customer off and keep your money. Like to see them pull this nonsense in Court!
