If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience that expertly blends the best of Asian flavors with modern culinary techniques, Kitchen Master is the place to be. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, from the innovative appetizers to the masterfully prepared entrees.
To start, I ordered the mala soup dumplings, pork soup dumplings, and pork truffle soup dumplings—each bite a perfect combination of savory fillings and delicate wrappers. The mala soup dumplings had just the right amount of spice, with a burst of rich, flavorful broth. The truffle-infused pork dumplings were a delightful surprise, elevating the dish with earthy undertones that harmonized beautifully with the meat.
For the main course, I chose the chimichurri lamb chops, a standout dish that skillfully merges traditional Asian and South American flavors. The lamb was cooked to perfection—tender and succulent, with a chimichurri sauce that added a fresh, herby zing. Every bite was a perfect balance of richness and zest.
No visit to Kitchen Master would be complete without sampling their sushi and sashimi. I indulged in the wagyu (called the boujee roll), chutoro, salmon, hamachi, and otoro sushi and sashimi, each piece a testament to the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The sushi was melt-in-your-mouth good, with the otoro standing out as especially decadent, while the hamachi and salmon offered buttery, clean flavors that made for an incredibly satisfying experience.
One of the standout aspects of my dining experience at Kitchen Master was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and friendly from the moment I walked in, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout the meal. What truly impressed me was the personal touch from the manager, who stopped by our table to check on us a few times. He was not only personable but genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our dining experience. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made the evening feel even more special. This level of service added an extra layer of hospitality that made the entire visit truly memorable.

Read moreThis is a 100% recommend. If you’re in the area stop in. We ate here on the Sept 27 and the food was Ah-Mazing!!! We ordered different things because there was so much to choose from. Bok choy with garlic, kimchi wagyu potstickers, cucumber salad, Szechuan pork wontons, chicken shiitake soup dumplings, beef broccoli with rice, and chocolate dumplings with a strawberry mousse whipped cream. He served a finger bowl of what I assumed was a type of soy sauce, I dipped everything in it, 20/10. The cucumber salad was super tasteful, and I also dipped that in the soy sauce 20/10. The bok choy was hot, which I was not expecting, but it was good. They put the garlic on top instead of cooking with it, which was OK, 15/10. The pork dumplings were very tasteful great flavor, it had an orange sauce that I also used for dipping with the beef broccoli 20/10. The kimchi Wagyu potstickers were the absolute best. The dough was perfectly made. The Wagyu was perfectly seasoned, and I also dipped that in the soy sauce from the beginning 50/10. The broccoli beef, this was the only thing that disappointed me, it did not have the seasoning or flavor that I expected it to. Again, I did dip it in the pork dumpling sauce, made it taste better, so I will give that a 10/10. I was a little apprehensive about the chicken shiitake soup dumplings, but once I tasted it, I was there for it, the broth was very flavorful and the chicken was seasoned well it gets a 20/10. The chocolate dumplings was dark chocolate and I was not expecting that, but the flavors went together so well, the strawberry moose whipped cream was absolutely fantastic and together with the dark chocolate, it tasted wonderful. The server was absolutely fantastic. He checked on us the right amount of times got us everything we needed. We joked a little. He...
Read moreDin Tai Fung Dupe? We will be the judge of that. This place has been on my list almost since it opened and I guess on many others as well. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated at 8pm. Upon coming in, there was a line and even a bigger line in the “waiting area.” The receptionist seemed very unprofessional and not at all equipped for this job. She was flustered by the crowd and was avoiding everyone asking her questions. When checking in, it seemed obvious that this placed lacked organization and good management. She almost wanted us to opt out of our reservation bc they had underestimated their capacity. We decided to wait. The place itself is pretty nice and modern. There is window where you can watch the chefs making the dumplings.
After being seated, it took the longest time for a server to come bring us water and take our order. Since we had been waiting for a while, we were able to put in the order the first time around. It took another 30mins for anything to come out.
We ordered a strawberry creme margarita which tasted tart quite weird. The Parmesan Garlic Fries were not crispy at all. The soft shell baos were pretty decent, although lacked a little flavor. Their in house chili oil was pretty good. The chicken & shitake dumplings were really good especially with the chili oil. The chili wanton noodles with vegetarian wontons were Delicious!
So after all of the wait, the food was not all that disappointing. It was even harder to get the server to bring anything after the initial order was placed. 20 minutes to bring the check and the cucumber salad we had ordered never came out. Due to the hassle we experienced, this was an unpleasant experience and the food did not...
