Let me start out by saying I am an executive housekeeper for major hotels from Miami to Atlanta. Have been for over 15 years. All I can say is just terrible. The room that we stayed in, well the humidity in the room is so bad the beds feel damp and the floor is damp as well. The bathroom door will not close well. You have to slam it to close because the moisture in the room has made the door swell. You can smell the mold. The beds that's a whole other story, sheets and cover not clean, both beds look like if you lay on them a certain way you will get swallowed up because it dips right in the middle. There is rust on the light fixtures due to the humidity. My important paperwork started to soak up the moisture that was in the room as well. My tablet was on 10% and when I tried to plug it in the charger started to ding and the message on the screen said their is moisture in the charger port. I had the tablet sitting on the bed. I actually bought damprid to get rid of the moisture in the room. What has this world gone to. Every hotel regardless let me say it again regardless of price and location should be decent. I hope they don't consider this to be. No phone in the room. The tv remote doesn't work, went to the front desk over 5 times about it and nothing. Just watched TV on my laptop. There was a desk in the room with no chair and it took them 2 days to put one in the room. No housekeeping at all during our stay as well. What is the 75 deposit for as well. Where is it in your policy when staying here. Who do I need to call about this to take action on this. If I could give it negative stars I would.

The location is right off a main road surrounded by shops and restaurants. The building is brightly lit and we did not have any security issues. Looked great on the outside... just not on the inside. My friend and I had reserved reservations online and had already paid, however, when we arrived we were informed that there would be an additional $75 dollar cleaning fee. Upon entering the room it was apparent housekeeping had not cleaned any of the rooms even though we didn't check in until a little after 4pm. I took photos of the issues which included an unmade bed and dirty wet towels in the bathtub, and notified the office staff. The receptionist asked another worker in the office if the rooms were cleaned and was responded with a simple "no". He then called whom I assume to be the housekeeping staff and requested the rooms be cleaned next since we had arrived. We were told the rooms would be cleaned within 30 mins. Within this time frame my room had the towels removed and spray used in the room. The bed was made but I do not believe the sheets were actually changed. My friends room was not cleaned until around 6:30pm (two and a half hours after we checked in.) We went to dinner and when I arrived back in my room there was a roach crawling across the floor to the AC unit.

I wanted this to be an enjoyable experience, but during my stay, my joy quickly shattered upon entering the premises. A broken truck in the parking lot in process of repair (hood open, greasy rags welcomed me. The green pool also gave me a clue. On the way up the stairs, I had to dodge a pile of personal belongings (sneakers, boxers, etc) that appeared to have been dumped from a trunk of a car. Once I entered my room, the scent of smoke was prevalent. At first, it appeared clean. The room doesn't have a main light switch, so you have to rely on beside lamps for light. Now for the ugly: the microwave was disgusting, the corners of the room were cluttered with dirt, there were spots of dust on the ceiling, the bed comforter had a bio-smear or mud stain, a roach visited me, one lamp was either unplugged or the bulbs were blown, the faucet handle is one pull away from disconnecting, the fridge hummed a high pitch all night, cigarette ashes were under the headboard of the bed, there is no TV channel directory note, phone keys are grimey, towels are stiff, and the recent painter painted over the light switch plate. The pictures will speak for themselves. You have been warned. One positive: the shower looks new and the pressure is fantastic.

By far the nastiest place I've ever stayed or set my eyes on. It looks NOTHING like the photos of it. The healthiest roach population I've ever seen. Roach crawling on the TV in the middle of the night. Roach crawling in our pizza box while we were eating. It did not seem concerned with us being right there. A roach walking right up to me in the middle of the night, right up to my face while I was laying down to say hello before running away.||||The entire interior is painted a light gray, not red like in the pictures, to hide the stains but cannot hide the smell coming from the air conditioning or that the cheap linoleum floor sweats and a stink comes from it somehow. ||||My family kept staying here because it was really all they could afford, but I'm so glad they've decided not to anymore. In two of the rooms I stayed in with them when I came to visit them there was black mold on the ceiling. BLACK MOLD. In one room it was on the entire ceiling in patches, and in another room it was just one patch in the shower. The bathtubs are painted. So if you want to take a bath? Enjoy the paint chips. ||||While I have nothing against homeless people there's one that would hang out on a chair near the front office and kept asking my mother if he could pursue a relationship with me. He was twice my age, about 60. He would STAND UP AND GET IN MY DISABLED MOTHER's way. When she would complain to the front office, the guy would say he was a friend and was harmless and did nothing about the fact that he was harassing people staying there. There's nothing harmless about that.||||Then there's the fun "now you see your deposit, now you don't." First they claimed that they had no record of it, and even though there are "no exceptions to deposit rule" signs all over the lobby, they actually claimed falsely that they'd never taken a deposit from her. Then when my mother found record of the deposit on her cashapp and attempted to call the manager, they then claimed there was damage to the linens or something. Maybe get your story straight before the theft to make it more convincing. ||||I haven't even gotten to the trash everywhere outside, or that they try to say you owe more money at check out that they didn't charge at check in.||||It's a gross disgusting scam that isn't even worth the low money they appear to charge at first, and they will absolutely play peek-a-boo with your deposit, especially if you...

My family kept staying here because it was really all they could afford, but I'm so glad they've decided not to anymore. In one room it was on the entire ceiling in patches, and in another room it was just one patch in the shower. The bathtubs are painted. So if you want to take a bath? Enjoy the paint chips. Occasionally the room ceilings leak, which I guess explains all the mold. In one room there was so much mold it was on the linens.

My husband my 2 year old son and I have been staying at this hotel since December. All of a sudden this past Saturday June 8, 2024… my birthday!… we were told at 10:15am that we were not allowed to extend our stay, check out is at 11am. I go to the front and ask the lady in there...Paola... why ?and she said I had to talk to the man manager, Victor, he was on the phone... as he saw me walk in he turned his back to me. There were about 7 other people in there so I left and we packed our things and went to a different hotel. I went back to the office to get our deposit and they all of a sudden couldn’t find it! Said they had nothing on file for us leaving a cash deposit, the deposit is $75 but my husband left $100 because they did not have change! At first he said that our deposit may have been taken for damaged towels but we had our own. After arguing, victor told us that our deposit was most likely in the safe and that only the owner could access the safe. Then he asked why didnt i talk to him about it,? I explained to him that i tried but you turned your back on me when i came in the office... so since they "lost" our deposit, he said come back and stay until Monday morning and did not have to pay for Saturday or Sunday night but they would keep our deposit. We moved all of our belongings again and stayed until Monday morning, June 10 I went to the office to talk to Victor on Sunday to see about staying longer and he said that he was gonna talk to the head honcho to work it out and she would be in at 10 am. So 955 am Monday morning i go there, Paola had an attitude and said we had to leave! He never even talked to the head lady. So we waited to talk to her and she wouldn't even look at me because she was too busy! This place is a joke! The staff are a joke, they act like they are there to help but all they care about is the money! The rooms are not clean, there are roaches, housekeeping does not clean the room! Our AC in our room did not work, it was falling apart. When you call the desk to tell them they always say they will send maintenance but never do! Very disappointing for my...
