I don’t love my nails after coming home and sitting with them. I thought they were okay when I saw it at the salon, but I just got home from work & upon closer inspection, it doesn’t look very good. I hate looking at my nails now. It’s my first time getting SNS & I got it because the nail tech said SNS looks more natural compared to gel. It’s super bulky and makes my fingers look fat… the color is also a bit uneven on my right hand. What led me to inspect my finger nails the most was the fact that there’s pain on 4 of my fingers above the cuticle where there is skin. The electric filer cut into my skin & every time I wash my hands, it burns. My pinky was bleeding very slightly at the salon too. I got regular polish for my foot & the cut/file is uneven on one of my toes. I could’ve done a better job at home for my toenails & now I’m so disappointed. I feel like I truly wasted 100$ for this. Can’t even get it fixed because I’m leaving out of town tomorrow. I had high hopes because of the great reviews. The salon was clean and staff was friendly, but I’m personally disappointed. I might just be very picky with how I like my nails done. Everyone loves this place but it just wasn’t for me...
Read moreLove the customer service & Everyone is polite and courteous. Love the massage on the legs & feet. My issue lies within my pedicure. I get pedicures with regular polish. I am not sure if the polish they use is watered down, old, not enough coats, or what the issue is but even though I've chosen a different regular polish color each time, the paint chips/cracks on my toes within a week where-in toe-nails are already experiencing cracks and chips in the color. I've never had an issue before at other nail salons with regular polish. My experience is my regular polish pedicures typically last a solid 2-3 weeks, no issue. So I'm disappointed with the outcome here because I really like the salon. Unfortunately, I will probably not return due to constant issues with my pedicure polish not lasting long. I have mentioned it to the management so hopefully they improve on the...
Read moreMy technician was Jenny. I have never been cut in all my years of going to the nail salon but she cut me with the nail file on multiple fingers. She did not ensure my skin was pulled away from the nail before sawing at my nails with the nail file which is how she ended up cutting me. She sliced me so bad on one finger that it bled a good amount and she just sprayed alcohol on it and continued working on my nails like nothing was wrong. Blood still in my finger. I had to ask her to spray some more alcohol. Now I’m walking around with band-aids on two fingers!
Additionally, I asked for coffin shape nails and I got square. And the glue she put to secure my rhinestones was done very sloppily because there’s a thick section of glue on my matte nail and it looks terrible.
This was my first visit and was...
