Beautiful park!!! This is an active area but with just a handful of people visiting at a time. Nice little walking area for you and your furr baby, porch like swings for you to rest your feet and enjoy the beautiful and amazing views. There are bathrooms here as well if needed. There are restaurants near by, kayak launch, fishing by the dock and an awesome walkway under the main road to the other side if you don't want to walk across the street. It's also a nice area to think about our combat wounded veterans, with status in place. Thank you to ALL of those who serviced!!! A must see park. The only down fall is there is Very little parking so be mindful of this and arrive early.

Haven't been here in at least 5yrs, Swansboro truly made this a very beautiful park with a couple of swings & benches.. The town finally added to the fishing experience they added tables on the dock along with a well needed water hose.. In my opinion yeah they not much parking on the actual park side at all so just park on the other side & walk underneath the bridges.. Very well done Swansboro just please continue to keep adding to the town, like a community water park!

This park deserves five stars for its presentation and fun fishing, but the people attracted to this dock on the two occasions I went this week were not good company, making inappropriate comments. But, it was easy fishing if you just want to catch something. Not, any success catching edible fish for us though. We caught pin fish, pig fish, sea bass, croakers, puffer, and a shark. Also, saw someone catch a toadfish. Probably would be good for crabbing too.

Not your everyday park. More of a tourist attraction No playground here....don't get down because it is a fisherman's paradise. Blue crab, shrimp, a few fiddler crab oysters you can't harvest but you can fish with them, hard head mullet galore. Sea trout, grey trout, reds, sea mullet spots, croaker, flounder, rare cobia, Spanish blues, pinfish, puffer, hoagfish, black sea bass, and raysmaybe a few I missed. Try your luck not to mention pogies and other kayak/ fishing shops are near by. Don't want to fish take a stroll under the bridge and into downtown Swansboro for shopping and...
