Beny’s Barbershop — Attraction in Sweetwater

Si visitas esta barbería y planeas cortarte el pelo con Leo, te recomiendo reconsiderarlo si ves a dos policías conversando con él. Cuando fui a cortarme el pelo, él pasó todo el tiempo jugando de manos con estos oficiales. No creo que un barbero deba hacer ese tipo de cosas mientras trabaja, ya que puede afectar la calidad del corte.

Además, todo el proceso se demoró muchísimo. Cuando estaba usando el objeto para quitarme los cabellos de encima, se distraía constantemente hablando y bromeando con los policías. La verdad, no me importa si tienen una buena relación, pero eso claramente estaba afectando su trabajo. Me estuvo echando aire en los oídos varias veces, lo cual fue incómodo, y en un momento incluso tuve que decirle que tenía prisa y que necesitaba que prestara más atención.

Eso sí, el precio fue bastante bueno—solo $12. Sin embargo, la experiencia con este barbero en particular no fue la mejor. No puedo hablar por los demás barberos, pero personalmente no volvería a cortarme el pelo con él.

If you visit this barbershop and plan to get a haircut with Leo, I recommend reconsidering if you see two police officers chatting with him. When I went for a haircut, he spent the entire time playfully messing around with these officers. I don’t think a barber should be doing that during a haircut, as it can affect the quality of the cut.

On top of that, the whole process took way too long. When he was using the tool to remove hair from my neck and face, he kept getting distracted by talking and joking around with the officers. I honestly don’t care if they have a good relationship, but it was clearly affecting his work. He was constantly blowing air into my ears, which was uncomfortable, and at one point, I had to tell him that I was in a hurry and needed him to focus.

That being said, the price was actually very reasonable—only $12. However, the experience with this particular barber was not great. I can’t speak for the other barbers, but I personally wouldn’t get a haircut...

I’ve been going to Beny Barbershop for 20+ years had to use another barbershop for three years because moved but went again to see if they can cut my hair the three barbers that were their on 9/21 were very rude since they said they all have appointments so cannot take a walk in, I’ve never been given such attitude by the place and will never recommend another person to use this place, and my grandfather (Pepe the owner may know who I am) still uses them but I’ll never use them very rude their should be a sign that says...

Pepe is very good man, he listens to your directions carefully on the haircut you need as he speaks both English and Spanish ...have been coming here for years and now with my 2 young boys for the their hair cut as well...nice talk about life n everything else during the haircut...very busy place though...always call n take appointment n make it on time to keep your...
