Horrible attitude. It was my first time walking into this bakery. I waited in what I thought was a line to order and heard numbers being called out. One of the employees looked at me and shouted “whats your number?”. I told her “I don’t have one, I haven’t ordered”. She gave me attitude as she told me I needed to grab a number from behind me to order. I was shocked at her attitude but said “no problem” and took a number. She proceeded to ask what my number was so I said 86. She went on to give me more attitude, speaking loudly and waving her hands as she walked towards the register and said “well I’ve been calling that number for a while now”. I looked at her and said “ma’am I just got this number”. She continued to be rude towards me so I went to the counter put my number on the countertop and told her “because of your attitude, don’t worry here’s your number, have a good day” and walked out. She made a mocking face towards me and said some inaudible things as I walked away. I was not willing to tolerate anymore of her rudeness and attitude. It’s very unfortunate that employees like her, who lack customer service and are incapable of controlling their attitude, set the tone for a bad experience and deter people from ever returning to a place...

I was at this location today and had a very unfortunate experience, first when I got there they were only taking customers through the pickup window which is ok knowing the circumstances we’re going through except for the fact that there was a homeless guy sitting there and staring at me, which made me real uncomfortable and I asked the lady to please let me inside the bakery. Once inside, the lady who was taking my order wasn’t wearing her mask properly, she had one glove only on, and she was coughing with my food in her hand while the other employee was singing out loud through the bakery WITHOUT A MASK!!! Which is totally unprofessional , unconsidered and unacceptable!!! It’s risky and whoever owns this place needs to make sure their employees are being cautious around the food they’re selling. I’m not trying to cost anybody their jobs so I’m not gonna say their names or physical description!!! I just hope somebody sees this and takes...

Horrible customer service, they had a nasty attitude and very disrespectful. I understand Spanish they probably thought I didn’t because I’m black. My first time going there I purchase one guava pastry one coconut and 1 red velvet cake. I ate them in my car in front of the store and it tasted nice and I decided to go get 2 more guava pastry and a philly steak they did not start making the philly steak yet my card would not work afterwards so I said I’ll just get the 2 guavas. But they all had a nasty attitude and would not ring up the 2 guavas and went on to serve another customer when I literally stood there waiting for the 2 guavas. I’ve never experienced such nasty attitude. In the end I just paid for the guavas and left. If I could give 0 stars that’s what they’d get. I will not be coming here ever again and I would...
