2nd Segundo review. Hoy otra vez el mismo problema.
Ya ir a un restaurante y salir disgustado a la hora de pagar es lo peor. Esta es la segunda ocasión en que me pasa aquí: pido un plato con acompañante y luego resulta que el acompañante que elegí cuesta un dólar más.
Por ejemplo, un fricasé de pollo a $13.99 y una simple ½ taza de chícharos con un cargo adicional de $1.00. Cuando pregunté por los acompañantes, nunca se mencionó que había costo extra. Eso es un descaro.
⚠️ Recomendación: ojo con lo que piden, y siempre pregunten si el acompañante tiene un cargo adicional, porque no lo dejan claro.
Por mi parte, si un restaurante es tan miserable de cobrar de esa forma, no vale la pena volver ni recomendarlo.

When the tab came, I was charge extra for the yuquita fritas which I was not told when I ask for the companion. My waiter very attentive said no issue I will have removed from the tab. It was just one dollar but, I question it , but it was not a big issue. It was just the principle of the matter. He then went to manager GUSTAVO. Who was back by the juicer and desert. immediately he storms out to the cashier apparently to refund the $1.00 extra charge. But he attitudes and body langue was very rude as he walks across the restaurant to the register. That I could not help notecing his nasty attitute , That I told him ," with that type of attitude I really did not care for the refund". He came back with the tab very rude to collect the payment. And "told me to read the menu It was posted". I reiterated that I had simply requested a side companion that was not clearly stated to carry an extra charge---not about the single dollar but about the principle of proper communication. I refuse to pay him that I would pay my waiter. Then he sends the bust boy to collect. I again told him I wanted my waiter. I paid my waiter who took the tab to Geraldo to proceed to collect the payment. As he was at the registered, he continues to rude, dismissive and disrespect by accusing me of habitual issue and making unfounded remarks. I have never had an issue. I have never even complaint about the food service even if the food has been bad, in all my years as a customer, But even then, as a manager that is not a proper approach to handle the situation, he only contributes to an argument in front of all you customers being disrespectful. His conduct displayed only served to exacerbate the situation. I have never encountered such treatment. slander and false accusation. Later to bring me my change. I am sure this attitude is GUSTAVO nature. As a manager, I believe it is vital to handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism. Read moreI have come to this place multiple times and never have I had any issues. They have lots of variety in foods ranging from many different regions. One of my favorite picks is the sheep steak in some mushroom sauce(can’t recall the name unfortunately). It has such rich flavor and juice on the inside unlike others I have tried at other places where they always somewhat lack the juicy rich flavor they can have; would recommend trying it. Now as in for service, I have no complaints, I have been atended by multiple waitresses and they have all been wonderful. One I want to point out in particularly one of my personal favorites, is Brenda. She’s so sweet and kind and never misses out on asking if our table is fine or in need of anything and most importantly if we are missing anything. If anything happens she is quick to make sure she fixes the issues with no problem and in no time. Lastly for prices I’d say they are pretty fair for what I order, some may even be considered cheap compared to other places with the same style of foods. Read moreI was nearby at a doctor's visit and decided to give this place a try... waoh I was extremely pleased! First of all as soon as you walk up the decor is very nice. Everything is EXTREMELY clean which is very important to me as soon as I walk into a restaurant. They have a gorgeous mural on the wall that just took my mind of out of town for a while. As soon as I walked in I was greated and sat. The service was top notch. My server Milly was on point with everything. I ordered the fried chuletas with white rice, 2 fried eggs and maduros. I felt like I was back at my grandmother's house eating some of her good cookin'. My cafecito at the end was perfect! The right espumita and amount of sugar. I almost forgot to take some pictures. I will definitely come back in the future and recommend this restaurant to others....
