The only reason why I’m giving 1star review is because a worker name Vicky the rudest and nasty attitude i have ever seen. very disrespectful she was the rudest but rudest person in there! I have been coming in the store for the hole month of August and never had an issue with any other employee or volunteer in the store. My husband had gone to the front (cashier are) to ask for a price on a wall board, she gave a price of $4 then when we got what we needed she changed the price and said that it was $8 per ft. And that’s not the problem! The problem is her big attitude in telling my husband the mistake and not owning her mistake!! She the one that gave the wrong price. She Accused my husband by saying that he had taken a smaller board to show her let me tell you he took the board in a shopping cart 🛒 and there was a young lady and her mother in wish she is employed there as well! The young lady was agreeing with us of there mistake. I Just know that rudeness shouldn’t be the way to...
Read moreI don't even know where to begin this is the assistant manager her name is Rosa has to be one of the rudest people that works a retail job. Her customer service skills or lack thereof are non-existent.I can't imagine how she got this position or how she holds this position. I have always liked habitat for humanity I have always supported them. But the one in Tacoma I will never go into again. It's really sad that habitat for humanity has lowered their standards with their personnel that they hire. I really don't feel the need to go into explanation about what happened because everybody of course will have their own story but as a long-time customer that had never visited your location I am truly truly sorry that they have to deal with your very bad attitude an unwillingness to help your customers. Tacoma habitat for humanity you made a very bad choice in who you hired to take care of...

"We sell it but we don't take it as donation," the spokesman said. Well, where do you get the foam then? Offered a hedge cutter and he said, "Where's the power cord?" It didn't come with one, I explained. You can use any extension cord to attach to the hedge cutter and the power source. "Is everything in this box?" he asked when I offered a bed frame. The frame has never been taken out of the box, I explained. They reluctantly took it. And two buckets of paint he said could be recycled at my cost. What? Where do you get all of the partial cans of paint you sell on the shelves? My God, what treatment of someone wanting to make a donation. My advice:...
