Dope place with good vibes! Didnt have any food but the drinks I ordered tasted like there wasn't even any alcohol in them. Thought maybe it was just me, so I ordered another and it was the same, when I brought it to the attention of the staff I was told "there is alcohol in it" and walked away. Which was pretty dissapointing considering the price, but another lady heard the conversation and quickly came over to rectify the situation. She was so sweet and professional, you could tell her main priority really was making sure everyone had a good experience here!! What I noticed first about this lounge that it was located in a very urban part of Tacoma on South Tacoma Way by 56th street. I love how lavishly it is furnished for a hookah lounge. Large plush chairs and dim lighting make the ambiance. Parking was free and it costs and affordable $20 to get in. Service is wonderful. The wait staff and security are quick and attentive. Alcohol is served for patrons that are 21 and up . They have a large selection of e-cigs and hookah pens to chose from. I think this place has its regular clientele and mostly for hookahs. The hookah bar was so-so, I personally felt it was overpriced having been to the one in my own home town. Turns out my friend had left her phone there. What really caused my rating to drop was from calling the phone number listed on line at least 20 times only for it to go to voicemail. Then to follow up the day after we double checked the opening times on line before heading over to collect it.
