I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent visit to your establishment. As a part of the "Tacoma Connect" conference, I had the pleasure of staying at your location and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my stay from the service to the audience.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by your staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that I was welcomed. The attention to detail and personalized service provided by each member of your team was truly remarkable and left a lasting impression on me.
I have since recommended Edison Square to friends, family, and colleagues looking for a welcoming and comfortable environment to host or attend events. The quality of service, amenities, and overall atmosphere truly sets your establishment apart from others in the area.
I would be remiss if I did not also commend the owners of the Theory Real Estate, the Millers, as well as Erik, Ron, and the rest of the team for creating such a wonderful space. Their dedication to excellence and commitment to providing exceptional service is evident in every detail of the Edison Square experience.

It's reason enough to not go back. Why, just why? Why not just do table numbers and pay someone to deliver food instead? Or just forgo the paper bag since they're eating on site. Or a bucket for the fries like at a movie theater. It's the little things....
Next time I'll try...

My son's school chose this event hall, which looked very nice inside, but the event hall is nestled right in between popular food places and bars, so street parking was a challenge. There is a back paid parking lot, Edison has a back entrance but, that night, Edison was not allowing entrance from there, with it raining and dark ( & few homeless people)it's not safe or ideal for teens to walk down an alley then walk around to the front and pass by bars for their formal event. Someone had told the school staff it was accessible from the back. If you want to have an event here, your guests need to be aware that there is limited free parking in front and a paid lot behind with the possibility of no...
