I’ve came here three times. Good customer service, I always feel welcomed. The first time I thought was awesome, but I will say the water pump they replace the as faulty and I had to have them replace it 3months later. Now this is where my issue is. I’ve been having alternator issues I believe, I take it here and they made me feel wait forever which is okay. So they call me claiming to not understand the problem and then Diagnosis it. I trusted them bc they are the pros, my big issue here is I need to leave to okc but I can’t bc my car is having the same problems. It died on me today and I jump it and take it to auto zone and they test it, they say it’s my alternator, I’m sure it is my Alternator, but whatever it is now I have to wait 2more weeks being stuck in this town bc they won’t just correct there mistake. I paid 300$ to have the same problem. I’m not sure how much checking they did but I wish they did more, because even when I got the car back the battery light came back on in a matter of 10 minutes, after they told me on the phone when I specifically asked “is the battery light off” they said “yes” I think this is a huge waste of my time and money and now I’m wasting Easter weekend stuck here when my family is in okc. I have to wait TWO WEEKS. What if I drove like that ? I don’t think they realize how far I have to drive. This was really disappointing to me, and I’m really hurt on all I’m going to miss out on. If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my vehicle here to have one thing repaired, got it back with something else broken. Took it back to have them fix what they broke, got it back and not only was it not fixed, but something else had been broken. Anyway, they permanently broke something that, after 4 times of taking it back to have it fixed and getting nowhere, I ended up taking it elsewhere and the new place fixed what H&H broke. I don't know what is going on in that garage, but the incompetence is going to cost you a lot of customers/business. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Would give 5 stars but someone took it upon themselves to open a container that was ziptied closed and left greasy handprints all over as well as got grease on both of my rugs inside my converted bus. Great job swapping motor with exception that I got it back with belts squealing but I'm certain if I ask they'll check it out for me. All in all except for the dirt they left for me to clean and the apparently all too curious mechanic who really wanted to see a body fluid cleanup kit, us use them again and recommend them as long as nothing valuable is left 💯 most knowledgeable I have found in tahlequah to use...
