NSU FIT Gym and Pool — Attraction in Tahlequah

This place has a HUGE pool, with the coolest inflatable obstacle course in it for you to play on, and probably has something to do wiith the swimming lessons they have there as well. Its indoor, and goes from 4ft all the way to 11 feet, with lines on the bottom for excercise, and practicing. There is a large womens dressing room complete with bathroom stalls, shower stalls, and changing area wiith lockers and they have locks you can rent for 5 dollars a day also. When my son and I go and also take his friend, its only a 5 dollar fee. There is also 2 full sized indoor basketball courts amongst many other things available to paying customers. I love it here. I'm planning on getting a membership here it's only $30 for community members and the place has lots of space and facilities as well as a swimming pool.

After a long hiatus of the gym, I decided to get a week-long membership for $11 to see if I would start going there consistently. Well I have been and I think not only am I get the membership again but I'm going to start taking the Jiu-Jitsu classes.

I have been a Fit member off and on for over 10 years since I was a student at NSU and it is the most complete gym in Cherokee County as it has a pool and basketball courts. That being said, you can’t set up auto payment and must bring in your card every month to pay your membership, which seems strange for an institution who’s leadership constantly talks of fiscal problems.
