3 months after he repaired my cracked iPhone 11 screen it started glitching. At first I brushed it off b/c I thought it was the app I was using. But one day when I used my wet hands to put my phone down I unfortunately came back to my screen being unresponsive. I was not able to see anything on my phone, it had lines going through it and it was frozen! I couldn’t even restart it because it seemed as if it had water damage. I thought it was quite strange because the iPhone 11 phone is water resistant. Luckily there is a best buy (geek squad) in my city and I was able to go there to repair my phone. The geek squad member informed me that the screen repair was a horrible replacement and whoever fixed my screen did not do a good job. He also mentioned that it wasn’t an apple screen used to replace my cracked screen which is why it was unresponsive with the water.
Don’t even get me started on how I bought a screen protector from here and he promised that it wouldn’t crack and two weeks later it cracked. Guess this is what I get for being cheap! I’d advise everyone to go to a certified retailer to get your phone screen fixed these other companies sell faulty screens which is gonna cost more for your buck. I paid this man $100 when best buy only charged me $30 (He charged me $30 because I found out I have apple care!) I will never come here again! Life lesson: If you go cheap you will pay twice!
