I really really love this thrift store and their mission but during the pandemic I really don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore. Sorry for this long review. Many staff members don't wear masks or wear masks improperly and they permit customers to shop without masks. Furthermore, when I was in a very uncomfortable situation with an unmasked customer who cornered me and did not respect my personal space, at least 2 staff members just walked by and didn't check in at all even though I was obviously uncomfortable. In the past when I was a sales associate, I was always told to politely intervene if a situation seemed "off" and uncomfortable for one or both customers. I understand that this may not be the first instinct, but when someone is cornered for 10+ minutes and is making eye contact with you, I think that should be a cue to help. I just feel really disappointed with this unpleasant experience and the lack of help I received. I really love the...

It's hard to go to a thrift store to find something specific, and today I was just browsing, but I found a kitchen appliance that was similar to one I had sitting in my Amazon cart. Tony, one of the owners, let me make sure it was working before I bought it, which I so appreciate. I've only been home an hour and I'm having a blast playing with my new "toy". It looked brand new, the price was great, and it works perfectly. I also appreciate the "mission" behind this store - they are not there to make a CEO rich, they are there to raise money to help the homeless and most needy in our society. They also help those transitioning out of prison - something that very few are willing to do but which is so needed. I think that they price their items very fairly, especially when you consider that they have a mission to help the needy and that is where...
Read moreIf I could leave no stars, I would. I went to this thrift store with my daughter to buy home goods for her new place. While I was there, I found a wheel chair that was in great condition and for only $49. Having just had my third spinal fusion, I was excited to find one for such a good price. So, I sat down in it and held my cane on my lap. When paying at the register, I was so happy that I made a comment about my “new wheels” to which the man behind the counter replied, “But do you need it?”. I immediately deflated. It was so upset that I couldn’t even speak and wanted to leave the store immediately. However, my daughter was excited about her purchases. So, I went ahead and paid for everything, vowing to never come back. I shared this experience on social media and heard that lots of folks had complaints about that man. They knew exactly who I was talking about. I will never come back. You couldn’t pay me...
