Black Friday Deals — Attraction in Tampa

I've been following them on social media since September 2024... what a massive disappointment to business & everyone in Tampa. You scammed and lied to so many people in our city. You promised products on your social media and lied about everything you have been posting about. Here is my breakdown...

● you posted Apple products, DJI phantoms, Xbox products, PlayStation products, hair products, phones, tablets, etc The public got scammed. NOTHING close to anything of that value. Maybe $70 but definitely less. I saw nothing as advertised. Pallets and shipments of this store had medium to low quality items. Amazon pallets of low value. Nothing was promised as said.

● staff was extremely rude. I've witnessed with my own eyes one of the owners yell at a customer's face tell them to quote "Never come back". I watched the whole thing, he should not have yelled at him like that, he didn't deserve that. I've seen some of the owners push people, put hands on people and yell with microphones. Staff yelling at people, pushing customers, yelling on mic, blasting sirens at people, Treating people wrong. You mistreated your own staff, I've seen the owners yell at them. Crazy. Felt like I was in a third world country.

● the crowd control was a complete disaster. They were giving out blue tickets around 4 a.m. I was a part of the first 100 people who made it in the store on opening. The blue tickets kept your place in line. The line was completely chaotic. Everybody was confused. People were standing in the wrong spots. There was absolutely no control for the crowd and the people who got their blue tickets and people started lining up behind we're not receiving any tickets as they were handing out another batch of tickets, a lot of people with no tickets. No entry if you do not get a ticket. They began the opening and started taking the tickets but everybody was completely mixed matched in the line, there was no way to have everyone in order. The staff was yelling at the crowd. Only way I was able to get in the store was to force myself to the very front and show my ticket when they already called the first 100 when there is literally 400+ people behind me. people screaming, some desperate and a lot of staff and owners yelling on microphones. It felt like I was in a line to get into a fallout shelter lol.

● your Products was straight azz. excuse my language but it was serious garbage. You promised us a lot of things that you put on your social media that was not in a store whatsoever. It was nothing but boxes that you couldn't open and a lot of things that you had no idea what you're getting, not sure if it's functionable. Your unboxing stations was a complete disaster. I noticed there could have been 3 or 4 unboxing stations as I seen them in each corner of the store but only one was open and the line was horrific. the carts were too big for the crowd and people were running into each other, boxers fell on the floor being stepped on, crazy loud music, microphones going off. Felt like a third world country.

-BOTTOM LINE- You wasted months of my dam time thinking this was going to be a great store of products. you lied to so many people & mistreated a lot of faces, You pulled High value items off the Bin's, you mistreated your customers, especially the people that have been following you like me for months & months & then coming up with this crap of a grand opening & yell at some of us. You mistreated your own workers!! You definitely overhyped this store more than what it was going to be. I have been to so many Amazon bin stores in the FL state & this was the worst one. I have to say i was super excited to come . This bin store was a 30 min drive I was the second person in line on the Saturday after the grand opening. When walking it was your typical bins store . Quickly after walking around you could see the value of these objects which In some cases are worth it and are not but mostly too it really depends on what day you go . A few things that I hope to see , I saw a lot of women’s and baby and health products , it’s not gonna hurt them to maybe just mark them down no matter what day . The best way I can explain this you pay for what you are getting … I mean I see a lot of people taking a good blender home on there most expensive day is 10 dollars , no its not main brand but it’s also 10 dollars . Now I will say the staff are rude ,almost like they didn’t know what they were signing up for , however the owners were very kind to me , I was charged for four 7 dollar items and only had 3 they had givin me back 10 dollars . Horrible experience. Staff were extremely rude and unorganized. They were yelling at shoppers to not stand around. When I mentioned them being rude they asked me to not come back. They also showed a bunch of stuff that no one found. Seemed like a bait and switch to me. I would highly not recommend. Hot Bins is SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Not all Bin stores are this shady! All the 5 star reviews are from the owners and their employees! Be warned!!!! They have hired bots and even forced employees to provide the positive feedbacks now as well. They also only reply to those positive feedbacks not the negative ones. Also See how Most of the 5 star reviews were all written at the exact same days and time. This is super SHADY BUSINESS! BAHAVIP is even the email on their home page and was one of the positive reviewers. They are trying to raise their average but it still doesnt help with all the real negative reviews.
