Please stay away from this agency. It’s the worst service you could possibly receive. Being that they work with our seniors, they take advantage of them. They make them sign for days they did not even receive services which is Fraud since they are charging for services they never offer. I’m addition, they don’t do much when they visit you. They only go to chit chat with their patients. You can call management and nothing gets resolved, they always take the side of the worker and not the patient. Un professional rude and 1 aid was down right disrespectful after I put forth effort to giving the agency a chance they were good for 2 weeks then All Hell broke lose! Not good for special needs kids they don't document properly and cost my child's hours to be cut . I was at this agency for the past year or so. They were providing home health care services for my son. They discharged my son , and did not even give me the courtesy of letting me know that they were going to do that. The staff (Home health aids)almost none of which speak English, are not professional at all. For the most part except for one Gentleman they are lazy and have no skills whatsoever in dealing with children on the Spectrum.
