Where should I start my family and I were on vacation and a part of our vacation was to stop at our favorite fast food restaurant along the way checkers was definitely one of the top three we go through the drive-thru and we both order the new glo Burger I ordered one barbecue one or something like that and then my husband ordered the one with the jack cheese pepper jack cheese or whatever we also had kids in the backseat that ordered as well pretty much all of our orders came out and two bags they were missing freeze wrong burgers I got charged twice for some type of add-on that I did my cousin wanted like a chili cheese fries or something instead of the regular fry that came with playing with it we were charged for the regular price of a chili cheese fries as if we ordered it as an additional side we got two extra burgers but not the actual glow burger that my husband ordered the Jack one he didn't get his fries my glo Burger bread the sourdough bread was so greasy and buttery it wasn't toasted it was falling apart I took two bites of it and couldn't do anymore so I went to the window to get my order get my money back because I didn't want it my husband was already at the window because he had two burgers that weren't his and he never got his glow Burger as a jack Burger so he was at the window giving them the two burgers that work hours in exchange for the globe burger that was his the manager has such a nasty attitude about it she also never gave him his fries so she told us that the french fries that were in the other bag with the add-on chili cheese fries were his fries that supposed to go with his glo combo it was so confusing and such a mess I just wanted my money back I my husband wanted his sandwich so he got that but I hope you got my money back on my card it said 7 to 10 business days so I don't know but I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this one I'm pretty sure it was more mess ups and irritations in between but I can't remember all of it it was just a terrible experience too bad I don't have the photos I was so upset I gave that food back to them too quickly before I can...
Read moreMost of the time they get the order wrong. They TRIED to over charge us on a burger, which we can clearly see the menu price said differently. The manager even tried to argue with us about the price of the burger. We told him that we ordered the burger before & it was the same price that's on the menu. He said we were wrong & the menu doesn't say that & he's sure of it. I said we're looking at the menu right now! Btw you we're at the drive thru menu. So we just said ok fine & pulled up to the window. So we stilled argued with the manager at the window, telling him what the menu said & what we already knew the price was from previous purchases. Ok so we paid for it thinking maybe the price changed & they just didn't update the menus. I was just about to leave, but I just couldn't let it go. I was sure I was right. I looked the menu at the walk up menu too & it said the same thing so I said ok. I asked for the manager to come out & take a look at the menu. He was reluctant & said he doesn't understand why I would want him to come out there when he knows the price of the burger. He looked at the menu & immediately apologized saying I'm sorry I really thought the price was different. He said he was sure the price was different. Me being nice I said it's ok, but in my head I was thinking "and you call yourself a manager". He refunded us back the money by giving us another burger. So that's that. They have poor service because of the incompetent workers. They get the orders wrong a lot saying they thought you meant something different. I'm like HOW WHEN I SAID IT MORE THAN ONCE AND I ASKED YOU TO REPEAT MY ORDER BACK TO ME?! They always out of something rather it's ice cream, buns, or Apple pies. Read moreProbably the worst place I’ve ever eaten from. Nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. I ordered my food on a delivery service at 11:50 and didn’t get my food until 1:10. A complete waste of both me and my delivery driver’s time. Both me and the driver were frustrated because of the wait time. I called the first time at about 12:45 to see what could have possibly been taking so long and all the lady would tell me is that my order would be finished “soon”. I had to call back a second time just so I could make sure the employees were actually doing their jobs. I was told that there was only 3 employees present at the time and it was kind of busy, so I completely understand if there was a little wait, but a whole hour is not acceptable at all. I received my food only minutes after my delivery driver got it from the employees at the restaurant, so no complaints about him. When I got my food though, it was missing one of the three items I ordered and it was cold. I was very shocked because I was told that my food was supposedly “fresh” and that’s why it took so long but it did not seem that way at all when I received it. I did not even want to call back the restaurant and let them know I was missing an item because they would have probably just gave me another excuse.
