The second time I came to this store I was shocked. I'm a quiet person who so I don't speak much and I was told I look like something was wrong with me. How rude, I was just quite and I didn't ask any questions because I didn't need help. I just wanted to patiently shop for what I needed and that was asking too much. The manager started speaking to me loudly as if I couldn't hear when the first person who spoke to me.Barely can speak english and was having trouble speaking english.And that was the issue, but I didn't ask him for his help. He was the one who approach me. Is it my fault that I couldn't understand his broken down english. After reading your response again, you are definitely wrong. I did not ask for help. But your ignorance is really showing and therefore I will not be a customer with you all anymore. Because once again, I did not ask for help. You came to me and said something looks wrong with you. The owners were so rude to me!! I bought a nail drill from here I 100% bought it from here I remember who sold it to me and what shelf I bought it off of. It broke which wasn’t a problem with me because I’ve had it awhile but I went back into the store to see if I could buy another one or get this one fixed and I swear I am not a rude or crazy person the only words out of my mouth when I came in were “I bought this drill here and” then they interrupted me and legitimately yelled at my face that there’s no way I got it from them and they don’t sell it here and there not going to give me a refund. I told them I didn’t expect a refund I just wanted to see if they could fix it or I could buy the same one. They legitimately yelled In my face. I come here ALL the time to buy nail products and have never been treated so badly I can’t believe they would speak like this to a customer they see coming in their store all the time.
