The only reason I couldn’t give this Port a 5 star was because finding the entrance to this gate didn’t just confuse me but also my Uber driver when he picked me up from Paradise. They’ve made some really great changes over the years but there’s definitely some room to improve traffic patterns And signage. All in all it was a great experience! Customs was an easy process and they even tried to keep the guests out of the Bitter cold as much as possible. I enjoyed the view and always love seeing the skyway bridge lit up! My favorite was seeing the city I live in at Sunset. It was cool to have a police escort out of the channel into the bay. I can’t blame them for the temps and the rough seas, that lack of communication falls in the cruise lines. Return to shore was smooth sailing and there were no delays in debarking from the ship. I’ll use this port again even if I don’t jump on the same ship.

Worst possible employees. I have flown over 50 times with not one issue with my luggage. Took one cruise from this port and have two pieces of luggage with broken wheels. The staff started slinging luggage from the time we showed up. Seemed to enjoy it. Lost one wheel on the way there and lost another wheel on different piece when we got back. Biggest bunch of careless hacks I have ever dealt with. When they beg for tips when you get there, and they will, don’t do it. They don’t give a damn about taking care of your stuff. Worst terminal I have ever been through. They get 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. Just worthless. Does anyone think the port is going to do anything about this other than say “Well we really are sorry and we will talk to our staff”? Nope, I don’t. Just gonna be stuck with buying new luggage.

The terminal itself is nice but, be aware that when you drop off your bag the attendants will demand a tip. In a rush we only had large bills and did not tip (we do normally tip). The wife made a comment "our bags will never make it to the ship". Well she was part way right. The attendants removed the paper/vinyl labels provided by Norwegian and even broke the hard plastic tag that has made it though many plane rides/transfers if an effort to remove all information needed to deliver the bags to the correct room. Consequently, when I went to the customer service desk on the ship, they led me to a room that had roughly 50 bags with no tags. I guess I wasn't the only passenger that didn't tip...

This terminal is located a few miles from downtown, plenty of things to do, there are plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Getting into this terminal was smooth sailing. The Lyft driver knew what he was doing. But leaving this terminal many ride shares were confused at a new pick up spot which was across the street in a garage. So make sure you are at pick up spot and not in a hurry after your cruise has embarked. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks though that assisted us
