Pretty good! Kind of like an upscale Subway of pizza. You can select from menu pizzas or build your own. Prices average $12-$15 per 12" pizza. A 12" can easily feed 2 people, if not more. We ordered two menu pizzas (the Favorita & Polpette E Pesto), one just cheese pizza (kids) and a ham, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. They all tasted awesome. They are thinner crust, a little crunchy on the crust and lighter toppings. The pesto and Sriracha sauce were both fantastic! Everything was fresh and the combined flavors made for something unique but tasty. The place was clean and had more of a serve yourself set up. They had $3.99 beers for happy hour Tuesday/Friday. (4pm on) There was a small outdoor seating section but with very little shade. We did find street parking for free because it was hard to find the pizza places lot. They said they have free parking but not enough signage to get you there. Overall it was a fun experience after a long day at the aquarium. If you're looking for Domino's or Marco's style pizza, this isn't the spot for you. If you're feeding kids on a budget, I wouldn't recommend it either. This is a more custom, upscale option that offers acholic beverages.

Pizza with fresh ingredients and served fresh outta the brick oven! Im guessing the price is partially cause of the location - it’s located in a really nice neighborhood and not in a crowded restaurants street. We got the Verdura, Buffalo chicken and the cheesy bread. The cheese bread just hit the cravings omg ♥️ A few things that I thought would be nicer - 1. The verdura was my fav of the two pizzas but I thought maybe a spring mix (arugula, spinach, basil etc) would be better than just spinach. Idk anything about neopolitan pizza for that, just thought it would be a nicer flavor profile 2. Saw there was a pizza called “carbonara pizza” on the tv screen placed high above and was not in the menu. If it’s like a special pizza, would be good to have it written on a chalkboard or something right by the cashier so that people can easily notice it. These are just suggestions that I thought of and may be heeded if needed lol Great atmosphere indoors, can dine outdoors on cooler evenings and the service is pretty quick too. There’s no bar but you do get to some beer or wine if you’d like that.

I really wanted to try this place because I heard it was rated top 50 pizzerias in the US by an Italian magazine. The pizzas sound really interesting, I was interested in the truffle as well as the chorizo pizzas so I got half of both. The pizzas were tasty. If it were for taste I would bump up my rating to at least 4 stars. I really liked that it was wood fired, the crust had a nice crunch to them and the flavor was great. However, the pizzas had an uneven spread of toppings. One slice had most of the toppings and the rest of the slices were lacking, so that was disappointing. They also advertise that it's ready in 90 seconds, but I waited almost 30 minutes. The pizzas are also on the expensive side to where I think the quality isn't worth the price (I've had a way better truffle pizza from Trader Joe's for a fraction of the price!). The service is lacking by a lot. An employee walked over to my table and asked me what I ordered again. They definitely forgot about my order. When the pizza was finally brought out, they put it in a to-go box after I stated that I was dining in. I will be returning to try it again, hopefully it was a one off bad experience. Willing to give it a second try. Instagram: @RosiesFoodTour TikTok: @RosiesFoodTour Yelp: @Rosie A

We came here for the first time because (other than my love of pizza) we saw that Fabrica Pizza was ranked in the top 50 pizzerias in the US. For that reason I had high expectations and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. They make a wood fired thin slice with the perfect crispiness - just that slight layer while still soft enough to fold over a slice without it breaking. We ordered a 12 inch Margherita and a Carni. Both came out perfect and were full of flavor. I added Parmesan but only because of my love of cheese and not that it needed it. The sauce was very good and well balanced with the cheese at the right amount. It’s not a big place, maybe 6 tables inside with some counter seating along the window, and 3 picnic tables outside with umbrellas. Also I noticed on the way out that they offer their pizzas frozen for takeout which I thought was pretty cool. Strongly recommend checking them out!

We stopped by while in the area after having read an article about it being rated one of the top pizza places in the country. The pizza was good, but the crust could’ve been crispier. The bottom was a bit floppy. Cheese and sauce were delicious though. We also ordered the cheesy bread and it was very good. Very pricey in my opinion for the size; we ordered 2 cheese pizzas, 3 fountain drinks and cheesy bread and it came out to almost $60 with tip. The pizzas aren’t that big. Definitely enough for one person, maybe 2 if you’re not that hungry. Service was pretty slow given the fact that the restaurant wasn’t too busy, but the pizzas are fired which does take some extra time. Cool atmosphere. Very bright and clean. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Everyone is so very nice and courteous, the place is a nice size with outdoor seating and everything is clean including bathrooms. I got a small gorgonzola spinach salad and a build your own pizza. The salad was pretty big for one person and the toppings were great! A little too sweet for me but still tasted great and fresh. The pizza looked exciting! They make the mozzarella the super old fashioned way, super stretched and cut into tiny cubes. You can taste the wood smoke in the crust, I only wish there were less burnt areas around the pizza and that the bottom wasn’t a bit soggy. Even with the small issues, I’d come back again for sure!
