My husband and I just left the Tampa Palms location, Store #60073, and felt compelled to report an unacceptable experience we had with two of your employees, Ann, and her manager, Pablo.
Ann was extremely unprofessional from the start. She cut both of us off twice when we attempted to answer her questions. My husband attempted to answer another question he rushed to respond so he would not be cut off again. She proceeded to mock at laugh at my husband. She laughed at him and sarcastically remarked, âItâs rude for a customer to cut me off,â and laughed again. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she gladly did so â including the mocking tone and laughter.
When I asked for her manager, she pointed to the man on her right, identifying him as "Pablo." I calmly explained the interaction we had just experienced. Shockingly, instead of showing any concern or professionalism, Pablo laughed and said, âWhat do you want me to do, cut her hours?â and laughed again. I was appalled. I asked why, as her manager, he wasn't training her properly. Both Ann and Pablo laughed once more, and Ann smugly stated that she had been there longer and knew more than he did.
This display was unprofessional, offensive, and frankly, embarrassing. It was deeply disappointing, especially considering that earlier in our visit, two girls in another department had gone out of their way to be exceptionally helpful and kind. We even bragged about how wonderful the staff had been â until this interaction at checkout completely destroyed our impression of the store.
When I asked Pablo for contact information for his superior or the storeâs general manager, he dismissively said it would be on the receipt. Once we got to the car and saw that it wasnât, I returned to ask again. Ann and Pablo looked genuinely surprised that I came back â and then told me there was no one else above them to speak to.
Let me be clear: This type of behavior reflects terribly on your brand. It undermines the hard work of the respectful, helpful employees who truly care about customer experience. I am in the process of contacting corporate because what we encountered today was completely unacceptable â and if left unaddressed, this kind of treatment will drive...

I purchased an outfit out of necessity and due to the fact that I needed a costume immediately. The circumstance changed I no longer needed the outfit I over payed for originally. I went to return my purchase 4 hours after I bought it (unopened with a receipt) and they refused. After speaking with the manager she said there is nothing they could do, no return not even any store credit. I asked her "do you have any desire to work with your customers?" She didn't seem to be all that interested in keeping my business. I will never return here after the management left such a bad taste in my mouth. To the manager if you're reading this, I hope you have a lousy halloween đ. You'd be better off shopping at Joannes Fabric next door and making your own costume...

As a result, I expected that the store would be half-empty as Staff would still be assembling displays and stocking shelves. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! This location has EVERYTHING!
