Sad but true... my door knob became loose and fell off (ugh) so I needed to have it fixed ASAP, so I could get to work! I quickly scanned Google reviews for a locksmith with good reviews who was also close by. I contacted Tampa Bay Lock and Key, Inc. I spoke with Sid, the owner, who quoted me a price and said he would get right out. He would also text when en route. He kept his word. Came right out, followed instructions for parking and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, charged what he said he would!

I valued the professionalism and honesty of Sid so much that I had to give him a tip! Do I hope to have a lock issue again? Honestly, no. Do I know who I'll call if I do? Absolutely! Do I know who I'll recommend for locksmith services of any kind? You bet, Tampa Bay Lock and Key, Inc., every day, all day... they're 24 hours a day!!

I called several different lock smiths to get my front door unlocked and everyone was charging $75 or more to get one lock open. Of course i had my top and bottom locked so I would have to pay $150 atleast to get the door open. I had no chose but to chose someone bc i had my oven on. i tried Tampa Bay Lock and Key and was given a rate of $65 for both locks to be open. I could not believe one company I called called back to head my way and I told them i had a better rate and they told me it was impossible and that it surley was a scam. I tried it anyway. Sid the owner reaponded and I advised him that my oven was on and I needed my door open ASAP. Sid had my door open in no time. First let me say, Tampa Bay lock and key is a staple piece of the Tampa Bay area. I am a NYC transplant and have been here for 42 years, this business is trully a homegrown business and they know the value of the customer with a committment to customer service. I used Tampa Bay Lock & key to gain access to one of my rental properties as well as install several new locks and rekey all the locks to work off of one lock. They provided time expectations and a thorough cost analysis. Spectacular service to Sid and his assistant.
