Winn-Dixie Liquor — Local services in Tampa

Really should be a zero rating because..the lady in the seafood area is very rude..loud and very disrespectful. Iwas speaking to a person that works in the meat department..not her seafood department..and she interrupted our conversation to repeat what myself and this man had already discussed in a very loud and disrespectful manner..I stated that we already have a understanding on what's going on. She then got louder and started using profanity towards me for letting her know that we have things under control..She then got even louder for no reason..so loud that her manager came out of wherever he was to see what was going on..I let him know what happened and let him know who the lady was and what she was saying..He looked at me and said I'm sorry but..this woman should not have spoken to me in that manner.I feel he will not do anything because I have heard this employee doing this same thing to other customers. Just because our store is in a certain part of town..we all should be treated with professionalism..courtesy..and respect..she should not be working contacting the public with a loud disrespectful attitude. I feel this store owes me more than the I'm sorry from her obvious not going to discipline...

We googled the location prior to arriving and it had a closing time of 10pm. We actively tried to walk in at 8:51pm while a lot of people were walking out. We were so generously greeted with a very rude attitude saying “No. We closed”. We then called the store and they did not pick up and it was routed to the main Winn Dixie line in which we asked if the liquor store was open and they said “yes”. I will never return to this store again due to not only the rude nature of the employees, but also the apparent incorrect...

Go literally ANYWHERE else.

Half the produce is either empty, or rotten. The meat is gray. The prices are higher than Publix and Walmart in several aspects of the store. The deli food is scary looking if I'm going to be honest. The store is decently maintained, but the last few times I've been there have been people screaming at the cashier's and carrying on like fools with no one...
