Studio 27 Flowers — Attraction in Taunton

My now husband and I can not recommend studio 27 flowers enough. We had the most amazing experience with this studio since the minute we reached out. When our wedding plans continued to remain uncertain during these COVID19 pandemic times, studio 27 flowers not only brought us breathtaking floral arrangements, but peace of mind and comfort. As our plans continued to be changed and altered due to COVID19 restrictions for our day of, the amazing women of this studio-Nicole, Greta, and Courtney changed and altered our floral vision right along with us. They were patient with me as I fully admitted to having minimal floral knowledge or experience. They were kind to me as I continued to reach out with updated, usually saddening, changes for our wedding day. They were flexible and professional in ways that I will forever be grateful for. From my very first email chain with Nicole to my very first phone call with Courtney I knew we had found the right place. Then our wedding day arrived and their work truly took our breath away. Their delivery of our florals to our venue on cape cod was seamless. They assembled an absolutely striking arch for our ceremony location and executed the most perfect bridal bouquet I have ever seen. They continued to be flexible as the tide for our beach ceremony altered our set up plans and never once made me or our changes feel like a burden to them or their staff. These women provided me with wedding day details that far exceeded any expectations or vision I had of florals for our wedding day. Each arrangement was designed and executed with love and care and for that we are humbled and grateful. Thank you studio 27 for bringing light, love, and kindness in the form of gorgeous floral arrangements to very uncertain times for our special day. You ladies helped ensure the most magical day of our lives with your attention to detail and exceptional talent....

So on the phone I asked for a Bouquet of bright flowers. When I got there what they had for me was exactly the opposite. Even my 10 year old son could see that it was filled with dark and dim colored flowers. It was very nice it just wasn't what I asked for. I wasn't upset in the least I just kind of wanted something brighter. When I nicley asked for them to rearrange it with brighter colors "Courtney" became very visibly annoyed with me. She proceeded to explain to me why it was my fault that I had received this type of bouquet and that I would have to be more specific to get what I wanted. I thought asking for bright colored flowers was pretty straight forward but apparently I had done something wrong to cause this situation. She explained to me that the flowers I wanted replaced were in fact very nice and I shouldn't take them out.... maybe so but they weren't what I asked for. I then pointed to another bouquet that I liked very much and said I like those colors. She explained to me that actually that was more of a Fall bouquet, even though one minute before that her co-worker told me I should ask for a "Spring mix" when I asked how to get for something like that. When I responded that they said that was a Spring mix she said "no YOU said that" I wasn't there to argue so I just moved on. There was no winning with her.

So pretty much since I wasn't satisfied with what they had made and I nicely asked if they could slightly rearrange it I was the bad guy and it was my fault.

As an owner of multiple businesses myself, I would never get upset at a customer if they weren't satisfied. I would do everything I could to turn the experience around for them. Instead of making the situation right, they (Courtney) made the situation much worse. Very poor customer service. They did fix it and everyone else was very nice, thats why i gave 2 stars...

The work that the florist @Studio27flowers does is elegant, timeless and simply breath taking! My story with this shop started when I received a bouquet that a friend of mine sent to cheer me up during my medical treatment from this shop, and I was in awe from the moment it arrived. The beauty of the flowers and the perfect color coordination were absolute visual ecstasy at its finest. The flowers were so fresh and the aroma perfumed the entire house almost instantly, and i was pleasantly surprised that it lasted about 3 weeks well maintained. I know the pictures we took probably won’t do it justice but I was certainly drawn to their website to check out their products from the moment I received my bouquet, all of the products were just as beautiful and elegant regardless of the occasion. The delivery guy was very nice and professional, the personalized message made the experience even more perfect. What I liked about the shop is the reflection of the passion and pride they take in their work as well as a glance of the owner’s personality shining through the paper type, design, font and the attention to detail. Their prices are fair considering the variety and the quality of the work, so if you’re looking to make a lasting impression, I absolutely recommend them!!
