Last three times I've come here my order has not been prepared properly (missing avocado I payed for twice, once was missing both the avocado and the bacon)
Apparently they no longer accept their own rewards stamp card. Switching to an online version so all previous rewards are suddenly null and void even though they still accepted and stamped a month ago.
I've been a regular customer since their first store in escondido first opened, replacing penguins ice cream, was definitely a happy surprise when I went for a cone and came out with a sub, but between declining quality and now customer service I may have to find a new sub shop.
edit Apparently this is because of a new owner. If you're going to buy a restaurant, the name, the menu, and try to continue a well deserved legacy you should insult and disrespect the customers that made the business worth buying in the first place. They were so bad we could not even finish them. The chicken looked like they microwaved it and melted what has to be the cheapest mozzarella cheese I've ever had. I mean you could at least use fresh mozzarella. The lettuce as cheap Iceberg lettuce. I can overlook that I would not want to set my expectations too high for the best sub in the Temecula Valley hahaha. Read moreWe have been here many times and always loved the sandwiches. Haven't been in almost a year and just came with some family. Our family ordered after us and got their food and finished it before we got ours. When we asked about our order the extremely YOUNG staff had no idea who we were. No recollection of our order even though we had drinks and an order number at our table. They said they would make it right away but put us at the end of everyone else there. By the time we got our food, they gave it to us "to go". We decided to just take it and leave. My husband informed the staff that we will never come back.
