The women running the shop were so sweet. They were so professional and helped us get the best order possible. They made sure we knew what everything was and we had a nice conversation while waiting for our drinks (which didnt take very long, it was actually shorter than my average Starbucks expirience). She explained how all the teas were hand steeped and the black boba was homemade. This experience was one of the best ones I have ever had at a tea shop. Ordering is done in the store on a kiosk that's pretty easy to navigate. The boba itself is alright. I had a couple boba pearls that were undercooked and hard to chew.
