When I arrived for my appointment(Wednesday), I was a little shocked to see only 2 people working but I figured aime one was on break and would assist me shortly. The woman who greeted me asked me to sign in and that was it . After sitting there 20 minutes after my appointment time, I realized no one else would be coming to assist and they were the only 2 technicians there. It had been very clear that both clients had just been started when I walked in , mind you I was maybe only 5 minutes early. So I was a little annoyed that they wouldn’t schedule better, I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ mins from my appointment time. However, once the owner started my nails he was kind so I let go of the fact that he was starting my nails late. He rushed through my set as a girl walked in for an appointment with him. I wasn’t happy with the work however, it was my first time and I was trying not to be “that girl”. I wanted them fixed but it was clear he was in a rush & another client was waiting .
Fast forward to Friday, two days later, my acrylics started lifting& chipping. It had looked like I haven’t had my nails done in weeks when In fact it had only been days. I was out of town so I couldn’t get them fixed. Immediately upon my return I contacted them to get the nails fixed and was not called back the following Wednesday. They had me drive all the way there for assistance, just to tell me they would be charging an additional $30. It has only been a week! He explained they had a 3 day policy, which personally I believe is absurd. However, that aside, I was physically in another state within the 3 days so I couldn’t come in. The owner proceeded to agree my nails didn’t look good but that it had been a week so he’d be kind a meet me half way on charging for a $30 fill.
13 years of getting my nails done and this hands down of the worst...

Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. After, not getting our nails done due the quarantine, my daughter made an appointment. We were loyal customers, and excited they were able to open again. Not only were they an hour behind schedule they seemed different. It seemed they were more worried about quantity instead of quality. Three days later my nails turned brown from old gel polish, and started breaking. Again, that’s never happened, they were using old products.
While I left - my daughter encountered bad customer service (read her comment below) and after hearing how they treated her. I’m not sold. If they can treat her like that, they will treat you and myself that way. We work too hard to have stylists give attitude, and then comment on their experience with false information. The customer spent $80 for a pedicure and full set. To leave with no nails, although it was the owners fault and they FAILED to satisfy their customer and still asked for full price - very unfair. To make matters worst they included other customers - CUSTOMERS! Whispering talking about her. Making her feel uncomfortable. Her nails were crooked, and lumpy and they painted a yellow polish over an orange polish. They did not want to just either A. Start over or B. Ask her to come back to fix. They just wanted to be right. Please, do not be fooled by their reply to her comment. She called me crying because of how embarrassed she was and the fact she just wanted her nails done correct. She spent 5 hours with them to leave with nothing. She paid full price for bad service and attitude from the Owners.
In my business I do ALL I can to satisfy my customers, I do not allow pride to lose them. I do all that I can to keep them and win back...
Read moreI was a loyal customer, even when I noticed jenni wasn’t the best at my nails. They were always crooked or the shape was wrong. But today was the last straw not only did me and my mom wait an hour for are nails to be done because they over booked themselves. It was very evident they lost sight of quality and good customer service. I picked an orange color. Turns out the color was incorrect on the sample. Very faded. When I brought it to her attention she brushed it of. We later try to put a color over it. Fast forward. She arguing with me about the color I front of customers I could never even get a sentence out. When I explained it to Kevin he wouldn’t let me speak either. I paid for my poorly done pedicure and left after 5 hours of being there to fix an mess they caused to leave without my nails done because we had to take them off and start over and I decided to just have them take it off considering it was 9pm waste of time me and my mother will never go there again.
To make it clear. Even thought my nails were always crooked. I can tolerate a lot especially if it’s a quick fix. And they are a 5 minute walk away from where I live. Which is why I tolerated crooked nails. I’ve left the salon and came back do to crooked and poorly shaped nails before. And the fact they have excuses and are incredibly argumentative.is why I don’t want to go there I WILL NOT cut of or talk over anyone who doesn’t do it to me first. Especially as a customer me explaining how I feel...
