Terrible experience. 70 units epic failure.

First they want all kinds of personal information and pictures a lot of BS… that’s sucks!

TRACY was my nurse either she used a diluted product or she is incompetent.  They had some bs deal of 70 units for like $550.  I was skeptical but they said they could get me in fast so I gave them a try.  They got me in really fast, but I’m here for my follow up and it’s now a very long wait.

They got my crows feet ok, but between my eyes and forehead was an epic failure.  I mean super bad like barely anything.

I texted them pics after 1 month.  They said I can some in for follow up.  I showed up thinking maybe they would make it right… oh boy…

They made me wait and wait and kept telling me that 70 units was not enough.  They wanted me to buy more after wasting my time.  I responded that I have had this done many times before and never had such a poor result.  When I go to the surgeon they use 50 units and I get a better result.

Currently, I am still here waiting after 30 minutes for nurse TRACY  and expect them to come back and say that I need to pay more for their inferior product and service…. OH THEY JUST CAME BACK AND ASKED IF I WANT TO BUY MORE ha!  SCAMMERS  Seems they expect me just to leave.  What a waste of time.  While I’m waiting I am writing this review so it’s very long bc they are making me wait so long.  Seems TRACY is no where to be found…. So it’s been 45 minutes now of waiting for Tracy.  I guess they waited me out.  I’ll just leave.

Botox comes dry and needs to be constituted with BAC.  Either they are diluting the product too much, using a fake product, or they just don’t know what they are doing.

Anyway, I suggest you demand they show you the bottox and constitute it in front of you.  These Chinese Botox places are becoming really bad.  Someone needs to do something.

If They will not constitute the Botox in front of you there is a reason.

The staff are very friendly, especially Tracy the nurse, she is my favorite. I must say how amazing Catherine is! She is nice, friendly and responsive to address your concerns. Sometimes she is willing to offer you a little promotional discounts if you are a long-term customer. They have great Thermage, aesthetic treatment and skincare. Been going to this clinic for over two years and I never thought I would be so disappointed by their doctor today. To be honest Kelly was very kind and gentle with her injections, I never feel any pain or discomfort, but I was surprised that she wouldn’t admit she did my nose injections. Wider nose filler are inevitable after a while and I don't blame anyone, just don't like the fact that the filler in the middle of the bridge of my nose are wider. So I consulted her to remove them with hyaluronidase injections. She kept asking me if I had been injected by another doctor and kept saying she hadn't injected my nasal root. I was like trying so hard to explain to her and didn't even know for what??? Why is it so difficult to admit to something she has done? I felt like I'm being blamed and disrespected. Luckily we both agree with the fact that the shape doesn't look good on my nose and she removed it.

I would definitely give 5 stars for the pretty consultant Catherine but 3 stars for their doctor. Hopefully I did not misunderstand...
