Burger King — Restaurant in Temple City

On 6/17/2016 at 1pm, What an experience visiting this Burger King, unbelievable it needs 25cents to use the bathroom, after I finished ordering, I requested one of the girl at the counter for the bathroom key, she gave me 5 cents instead of 25 cents, I told her that was not enough and she ignored me, I was standing there for about 30 minutes waiting for my order and a quarter for the bathroom, She was busy at the register, I kept reminding her about the bathroom issue, she did not seem to care, at the same time, my order was not ready either! Actually my order was at that kitchen window, but no one care to give it to me until I asked, it took about half an hour for me to get my food and finally I got the quarter for use of the bathroom not until I was upset. It is not acceptable for a fast food restaurant to keep customer waiting their food for 30 minutes in a moderate customer day, my order was just a hotdog meal and a single hotdog basic. I ordered four things and they gave me totally wrong one, there is nothing what I like . This is my first time driving through here , so I waiting in the wrong window, and then there was a very angry staff shaking his head at me and waving his hand through the window and talking, I'm pretty sure he said some bad things to me. The employee with the glasses and ponytail was rude to me. She did not have a name tag but she claims that she is the manager. She was Hispanic. She yelled at me and refused to give me my order in the drive thru. She forced me to pick up the order inside the store. Last time I came here the male manager was okay with me going to drive thru to pick up order and it was in the morning when I picked it up. I think she is a new manager.
