Def the best kbbq in SGV. Of course, Ktown has better options, but at dinnertime on a Friday I would venture all the way to ktown so this will do!

It does get crazy on the weekend dinner times. I suggest calling ahead to make a reservation, but they require everyone in the party to be at the restaurant before they deem the party ready to be seated. Also, there is only AYCE. They're pretty strict on those who come and don't eat- meaning if they're not KTFO they would have to pay the ayce price. My cousin, who is 5, who KNOCKED OUT the entire time at kbbq so he didn't have to pay. He didn't even wake up until we all said our goodbyes lol.

I HIGHLY suggest getting #6, the marinated short rib. It is SO So SOOO good. Duck breast was alright - really dry thin pieces. Brisket was alright. Shrimp was dry.. basically just shrimp with salt on top. Pork belly was bomb! Side dishes were really on point. I loved their soy bean soup, and their galbi jim at the salad bar. Skip on the seafood pancake; it is cold and too bulky. Even putting it on the grill didn't make it better. I also suggest wrapping the daikon from the salad bar with the meat for a low-carb alternative ;)

Service was great. Everything arrived quickly and we never had to ask twice for something. Table got really crowded with all the banchan and the meats we ordered, but that was expected. The grill was changed 3x and there's always a guy walking around asking if you wanted the grill changed.

I probably wouldn't come here again unless someone else pays for it because I think $28 +tax + tip is too pricey for the meat quality we got. But I would recommend my more ballin' friends...

If you love Korean BBQ, this is definitely the place to go! The quality of meat and the excellent service you get for the price you pay is definitely worth it! It is pretty packed on the weekends, especially for dinner, but you can make reservations with a minimum party of 4. The wait can get pretty long, sometimes up to 1 hour so reservations are key! Their bar of food is delicious as well. They have a lots of options from glass noodles to fresh pulled pork, and even lots of sauces for you to use! As soon as you sit down, they bring all the side dishes out and immediately ask for your order and what you want to drink. They don't waste any time and are NEVER pushy to make you eat faster. The quality of the meat tastes really good as well. I always get the brisket (I ask for less fat and they always give it to me) and the marinated Kalbi. Seriously the best I've had. They're definitely not stingy with giving you extra sides as well. They're always happy to serve you and as soon as you press the button to call them over, they're there within seconds. I've been to other places where it takes a while to be served and they want you to be full so you won't eat as much. Not here! The only negative thing I can think of is that the soft drinks are refillable. I believe the price of lunch is around $22.99 and dinner around $24.99. So it's...

Came here this past weekend because I was craving meat... mmm...

FOOD: AYCE - $27 They have tons of meats and even offer a salad bar with goodies!!! This was a great deal! They even offer tons of stuff for the NON-beef eater like myself.

What I ordered: Pork shoulder - YES Spicy Marinated pork - NO Pork jowl - OK Wine Pork Belly - Meh Miso Pork Belly - Meh Regular Pork Belly - YES Duck Breast - YES Shrimp - Meh Octopus - YES

SERVICE: When you press the button, they are pretty efficient. They forgot to give us water until I asked, but they were great at refilling them!

One of the servers made me feel old. I asked a question about what the most dishes ordered by a guy and he said, "yeah, we had some people order a lot who could eat. well, they were my age."... WTF is that suppose to mean? I'm not that much older than you, kid. -_- But didn't dock points off that... just felt old. The service was still great tho. He was actually a great server. Just felt SO old.

AMBIANCE: They need a filter above each stove because I was suffocating at one point from the stove smoke. But it's a cute place. Clean.

PARKING: Tons of free...

This korean bbq place is great. What I really liked is their banchan buffet which also had a dessert like sesame seed buchi or fried sesame balls with red bean inside. I can get as much pickled radish, japchae, kimchi, macaroni salad etc. I am most happy with the braised beef ribs included in the bar which is so tender and flavorful. They also have some sauces and the korean bean paste which i dont see a lot in other kbbq places. Their staff are so attentive that even before you are seated, your table is ready with a salad bowl, some banchans and plates. Their meats are delicious and they also have seafood which you can tell are fresh. The only thing is that I've tasted better kimchis in other korean places. Also I am still missing thr veggies like lettuce leaves which i can use to wrap the meats with. A reminder though to be careful with the banchan bar. The unlimited banchan can make you really full easily. We weren't able to taste some of the other meats they offer even if it's a smorgasbord restaurant because we got so full so fast. Price is very reasonable per person compared to other kbbq places with limited banchans and meats.

My favorite Korean BBQ is open for indoor dining. This is one of the best all you can eat Korean BBQ in town. Normally this place is packed. But today, the wait was ok, only around 10 minutes. During the reopen period, there is only one menu instead of the two tier menu like before the pandemic. Dinner is $35.95 per person now. Selections of meats are vast. My favorites are filet mignon, angus beef, short ribs, wagu beef, beef brisket, pork belly, and shrimp. No more self service buffet line. Everything is served to you on the table. I missed those ribs with bones and the pickled vegetables. But they still serve pickled radish and rice sheets to go with the meats. I noticed that circulation system in the restaurant was not as good this time as there was so much smokes in the house. Although the restaurant put dividers between tables, I felt it was too crowded. Service was good. The waiter came by often to take our orders and to change the BBQ plate.

This place has it all. Fresh meats and an awesome veggie/ hot food bar. Came here with some friends and left completely stuffed. We ordered the premium option. Highly recommend the pork belly 3 ways, filet mignon, galbi, Cajun shrimp and steak tips. They don't cook for you here, but the food comes out quickly. Service here is great. Our grills were constantly being switched out and our server was always asking us what we wanted next. The place is spotless from the bathrooms to the hot food bar. The meats tasted really fresh and not frozen. There are plenty of other AYCE KBBQ spots in the area that may have a better meats. Unless this is your plan B this won't be bad option. Just call ahead and brace for a short wait
