I always phone this pharmacy first to ensure that they're actually filling my script so that I won't waste time during pick up. Yesterday, I used cash to pay. I inserted change and a $5 bill in the basket. The pharmacy tech girl (blonde, hair pulled back) suddenly says that the money flew out of the basket and could I get out of my car to find it. Couldn't do that. She came outside to look and nothing was there. She asked if I could use my card and she would just issue a Publix gift card for the $5. The tall pharmacist then came on and asked what happened and I told her to talk to the tech. She then made it my fault because I didn't clip the bill on the board. They wound up comping the script and wouldn't you know it, the $5 was under the basket the whole time. I believe the tech knew this and probably was trying to keep it after the fact (I had never seen it fly out). Incompetence at it's best on the part of the pharmacy tech and the tall, blonde pharmacist was not the friendliest. I just needed my meds. I'm just grateful that they took care of it because this incident was not my fault. Do better and treat everyone (all...
Read moreI have avoided seeking ADHD treatment for decades for fear of being treated as someone just seeking drugs and that is exactly what happened with this pharmacy today. They made up a fake law about having to be seen by a doctor in person once a year and then couldn’t tell me why that wasn’t required 2 weeks ago for my starter dose. Then it turned into needing it if the dosage changed (as happens when starting a new medicine and trying to be responsible), but they still couldn’t tell me why it was different now than 2 weeks ago. Then they blamed my Dr for not calling them back when I asked why they couldn’t have let me know that before after-hours on a Friday. All of this with me filling my not-controlled prescriptions with them for years. So I get to clock into my highly stressful and attention-consuming job in crisis work tomorrow without the medicine that has helped me feel normal for the first time in years because of what can only be described as discrimination. I’m planning to transfer all my prescriptions and encourage you to do the same if you like being treated with dignity...
Read morePrescriptions were sent by my physician at 10:00AM and I arrived to pick them up at the drive thru at 5:00PM. I was told they only have one of them. The other perscription is over the counter but they don't have it. Why was I not informed of this via phone call? I then proceeded to pay at the drive thru. When the young woman was closing the drawer my cash in payment flew out into the parking lot. They now have me searching the parking lot for the cash she losi. Then they told me to pull forward and park. They were sending someone out to help look for the cash in the parking lot. Once he finds it I would have to wait behind 2 cars or go into the store to get only half my medication. This pharmacy is unprofessional and disorganized. I will take my grocery shopping and...
