Smoothie King — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

First off let me start by saying I love smoothie king, but until today I'll never go back to this location, I recommend the New Tampa one. I purchased two smoothies, "the Caribbean way" and "banana berry treat" for $10.68 which is our normal order, we get it often so obviously we'd know how it should taste. After I got the smoothies an got back to the car me an the person I was with both tasted our smoothies an realized after a few sips that something was really off about them, it didn't taste anything like what we order. We went back in and kindly told them what happened an they said they would remake them but at that time I was so disgusted about how the first ones tasted that I didn't want a smoothie anymore. The employees were incredibly rude, were rolling their eyes an ignoring us when we'd ask if we could get a refund, after 3 times of us asking they said they couldn't give us one. After i left I found their refund policy online an it clearly states "If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws" which means they should have refunded us because the...

I am already paying way more than these ingredients are worth. Yet, as this is a treat for my child, we will share a smoothie. I have never gone to this location before and never will again. Not only was my smoothie not filled to the top, the employee had the audacity to demand I pay for a second, empty cup that I pour my child's portion in. NEVER has this been a thing at any other location. Penny-pinching will repel even more customers. Such a disgusting display in front of other customers too--arguing with me in a very rude tone. I would generally say this place was great, however today was absolutely horravle, my first order came out completely wrong so they made a new one after putting me at the end of the line once again only to find out that the second shake was made wrong now extremely late for class I asked for a refund I lost any confidence that they could get a shake right, think this would be a fast process I was wrong again it took forever just to get a refund and they wanted me to go to the back of the line to do that I don't know if they where just stoned or incompetent but I wouldn't come here anymore if...
