PetSmart — Attraction in Terre Haute

The manager is real nice that's about all I can say about the place there is no one around when you want to ask a question or want something. They hire these kids that don't know anything. So I picked up a couple toys for the rescue get up to the cash register and I asked the guy if this item was one of the buy one get 50% off he stood there looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked the manager that was standing there he answer my question. And then I went to pay for items they asked me if I had my pets card with me I said no but here's my phone number he couldn't bring that by that I said just forget it. I told him to ring up the total I swipe the card he was half asleep finally he says it didn't work I couldn't understand that. He didn't tell me that you could use the chip so I asked him if he could him page my daughter no. I told him i told him just a minute my daughter was right over there by the fish department I'll just go over . I explain to her having a problem with the card which we couldn't understand. She came back she said you had to use the chip I just let it go so I went to the manager I said you see that kid stand there ? you been watching him standing up there like he's half asleep I explained to him what happened apologized said he would keep his eye on him that they'd had to hire some Christmas help. I was not the only one who had a problem with this guy. I just don't like going in there...

I have went in to the grooming salon and while one dog was being serviced the other was denied due to breed. They failed to complete the nail grind on my dog that was serviced and still expected me to pay for the service. There were two dogs outside the salon that growled and barked at my dogs before snapping at them but my dog was told he was aggressive. My dog was banned from services and it was reported that he had drew blood on another dog when the owner even confirmed with us that there was nothing wrong. He confirmed that his dog was the aggressor and then asked if our dog was okay. The manager refused to speak with us and salon staff spoke with the other owner to get what happened but did not speak with us and reported that we were banned with no other time taken. The manager refused to speak with us per salon staff and the manager did not speak with us when first looking into it. The owner of the other dog even stated that his 7 month old dog started it and we were the ones banned. I will not be returning and suggest you look for dog grooming elsewhere.we have been going for 2 years and all of sudden there are these issues with us not the new dog coming for the first time. If I could give zero stars I would, the girl at the check out was very nice, but upon trying to purchase a fish I was asked if I needed help, and was not ready yet when I expressed that I needed a minute the employee scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. After choosing a fish I was informed that I couldn't be sold that fish because my tank was not big enough which was fine I made no big deal of it, but instead of trying to point me in the right direction of what fish I could purchase she rudely walked off. Not to mention there were tanks that had piles of rotting decaying fish at the bottom of them which I noticed after attempting to purchase a fish🤢 Not just one or two fish I'm talking like 15 fish in a pile rotting away! Needless to say after that I purchased the tank equipment I came there for and left with no fish. I will not be back!!!!!!!
